These beautifully furnished condominiums offer floor plans from spacious four-bedroom layouts to more intimate two-bedroom units. Enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs after your daily Steamboat adventure. The renovation of the Phoenix continues in 2012 with the attention now mov...ing to the remodeling of the front desk and clubhouse. The new clubhouse will feature a remodeled exercise facility, guest lounge with comfy seating and large flat screen TV, and a business center with complimentary internet access. Mountain Resorts offers winter shuttle service for guests of The Phoenix for trips to the grocery store or downtown Steamboat Springs.This two level, four bedroom, four bath top floor condominium features vaulted ceilings, and a spacious living area with a gas fireplace, 40" flat screen TV with DVD player and CD stereo. A sliding glass door leads to a private deck with nice swiveling chairs. There is seating for eight at the large dining room table with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The remodeled kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. In addition to the living room, dining room and kitchen there are two bedrooms on the main level. Each of these rooms has twin beds, one of which features in own bathroom and a 19' TV. Both main level bedrooms can be made as split king beds by request. There is a full bathroom on the main level near the stairs to the upper level. The top level has two master bedrooms each with its own bathroom that separate the vanity from the tub and toilet area. The large master bedroom has a King size bed, air conditioning and a 21' flats screen TV. The second master bedroom offers queen size bed. A small work desk is located just outside of these bedrooms with a view to the living room below. This property is professionally managed by Mountain Resorts, Steamboat's Vacation Expert and the largest locally owned property management company in Steamboat Springs. Our professional front desk staff is available to our guests every day, and check-in is available 24-hours a day in our conveniently located welcome center on Mt. Werner road. We have housekeeping services and a maintenance department should you need assistance with anything at your rental property.   We rented a 4-bedroom unit. It was spacious and well kept, and all 7 of us skiing buddies had our own separate beds. Skiing was great, and the shuttle was so convenient, we didn't have to drive anywhere or wait for more than 5 minutes to go anywhere. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
