Quail Run Condominiums are located approximate 850 yards from the base of the ski area. This unit offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a heated one car garage. Situated on the corner of the second floor overlooking open space, this condo feels like a home. A very popular unit offering all the comforts plus a private ski locker in gondola square so you don't have to carry your equipment back and forth.

The condo was perfect. Easy bus ride to and from the hill close to town and had all the ammenities you could ask for. We would stay here again anytime we are in steamboat. Kim was so helpful and went out of her way to get us some discounted lift tickets for 2 days (thanx again). Only disappointment was the weather was too warm and snow was pretty slushy.

Condo was terrific - roomy, clean, well furnished, great kitchen, very comfortable for five adults.
Kim is terrific and takes many steps to make your stay extra special - provides wine, fresh chips, fluffy bathrobes; help finding discount lift tickets. We will be back next year!

Our family spent a great spring break here. We were hoping for good skiing, but it's been very dry in Steamboat, so the mountain was slushy. However, we still had a great time! With temps in the 70s, we grilled on the deck, played disc golf in the hills behind the college, went for long walks,and enjoyed the hot springs. We will definitely stay here again- either in the summer or next winter with more snow :)

From the moment we walked in to the Unit, we knew the owners cared and were proud about their property, which is rare in the property rental industry. There was so much attention to detail, we had trouble finding what was missing...nothing! Plenty of toiletries, cards to local supermarkets etc. One night we decided to have pizza, so we gave Kim a call and she told us the best places. We unfortunately had 2 skiing injuries in our party and had to leave early, but we would definitely return. Kim has taken care of the lift tickets we cannot use to get reimbursed which takes the problem out of our hand and lets us enjoy the rest of our holiday. The TV with surround sound is awesome, esp with 2 young adults in the group. Plenty of space and the kitchen had everything, including a stock of seasonings. There is also an ice pack in the freezer (well used now) and a first aid kit. Don't worry Kim, we will find something you could add and let you know.

We had a great time staying in Steamboat over spring break. The snow was awesome and the condo was everything we were told it would be. Very clean, comfortable and convenient. The ski locker was a nice bonus. Our only complaint is that the hot tub is a little difficult to get to from the unit. But, that was a very, very minor inconvenience. Overall, we had a lovely time. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a wonderful condo to rent while in Steamboat. The owners take special care of you and provide your with a seamless vacation. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone going to Steamboat. Great location just a 2 minute free shuttle ride to the mountain, keep your gear in the locker provided with your condo rental right at the base and your are on the slopes in no time. Great value and the condo is in extremely nice condition.

Wonderful unit, clean, roomy, great TV. Close to the free bus stop which makes it easy to get to the mountain or downtown. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses , silverware etc. Washer and dryer are in the unit, and a nice gas fireplace makes it very cozy when it is cold. All in all a great place to stay!

This is our 4th season staying at Kim and Dan's unit. We feel like this is our home away from home-it has everything you want and need to make a vacation the best ever. All the comforts of home plus so much more that we enjoy coming back year after year. The Fillers have certainly gone out of their way to make this a codo you will keep coming back to year after year. We certainly would recommend this unit to anyone considering a Steamboat vacation!

This was our 5th time staying in this Condo at Quail Run. Every year I walk in the door and am so glad to be back!
When you walk in Condo you feel like you are home. There is a gift basket waiting with all kinds of goodies and they really think of everything you will need to make their house your home. For the Fireplace all you do is flick a switch and it turns on and off which is so convenient!
They are just a couple of minutes from the mountain and you can take a free bus or rent a car and keep in the heated garage. They also have a private locker right at the mountain so we keep our gear in it and dont have to bring it all back and forth everyday which is awesome!
There is a huge Hot Tub that is fantastic and we use everyday after a day on the slopes. They have robes and towels too.
We'd definitely recommend this Condo - and if you're bringing kids you will have great family time together! We cook both on the grill outside on the deck and on the stove inside. We play games by the fire or watch a movie on the Tv. They have everything you need!
We reserve it again while we are there for the following year every time we go.
Our kids love it and cant wait to go back next year!

We travel all over the world and without a doubt, Kim and Dan's quail run condo is by far the best we have ever stayed in.
It is so well equipped, extremely clean, very well looked after (still looks new). It has more stuff in the kitchen than my own house. The ski locker in gondola square was a bonus and riding the free city bus was convenient.
The beds are comfortable, the entertainment center is amazing. Kim and Dan have thought of everything.
It was a pleasure dealing with Kim when we made our reservation. She checked on us during our stay and everything was smooth from start to end! We'll be back.

Great Condo that is in excellent shape and the only surprises were good ones. My wife is rarely happy with any accommodations and she loved this condo. It was great to be able to use a gas BBQ grill on the deck and we used it a lot but it was close to needing some TLC which I'm sure it'll get this summer. This was our first time using VRBO / Condos in Steamboat / The Fullers and what a pleasure to deal with, we'll never go back to those big resorts again - what a great value.

We are rental property managers on Hatteras Island NC. As such, we instinctively know when a property is well-managed. Kim and Dan's home is EXCEPTIONAL! Attention to detail in taking care of the "little things is extraordinary, no item of information left to chance. This includes a pictorial information book on use of the TV, DVD, and CD Stereo system. Great hosts, and a superb Steamboat experience, have made us multiple repeat guests!

We are repeat customers!!!!! Renting from Quail Run Condominiums is the only way to stay in Steamboat. You are staying in a place that all you need to do is arrive, the rest is taken care of for you - well you might pick up a few groceries. From a ski gear locker at the bottom of the hill to the homelike atmosphere - the proprietors are outstanding in customer service. Book early because these sites go fast.
