This Eagles Overlook Townhome is ideally situated above the Rollingstone Ranch Golf Club with breathtaking views of the entire Yampa Valley. Relax on one of the two large decks and soak it all in. Not a single detail was missed with this townhome, the furnishings, decor and amenities are top notch. The main living area features a gas fireplace, leather furniture, high vaulted ceilings and a flat screen television. Great for family - lots of space. Hot tub on deck was particularly nice. The view is excellent. Pioneer Ridge makes it particularly convenient with their on-call shuttle service to slopes and downtown.

I traveled with my sisters and their families-lots of adults as well as kids of all ages. Loved the multi-level aspect so that each could have a little "down time" if needed. It helped there was an elevator to cart all of our belongings up and down. Lovely view of the range, beautiful sunsets. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice hot tub. kids loved the media room. Only thing I would change would be the grill. Too small for 10 people and didn't care for the electric.

Truly amazing place to stay, what more could anyone want?! Definitely living the good life in Steamboat! Much thanks to the Pioneer Ridge Staff from booking to shuttle drivers, way above & beyond what’s expected. Tips for the mountain, I miss “The Boat” already. Curse of the Yampa Valley, I’ll be back again & again!
