The Landings home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 10 people. This home comes equipped with a full kitchen, a large living area with a fireplace, a private Jacuzzi tub in the master suite, a private outdoor hot tub, a washer/dryer, and is only 200 yards from the slopes!! After a long day you can enjoy views of the mountain while relaxing in the private hot tub. This newer home is beautifully decorated and offers spacious accommodations for a large group or family.There is a $200 cleaning fee added to stays of 4 nights or less at this property.

The property was beautiful with everything we needed (except for a coffee grinder, ;)). We had 9 nine people and we all had a great time! Management was very responsive to our every wish. The shuttle was never more than 5-10 minutes away for pick ups in our driveway. All in all, after taking ski vacations for the last 8 years, this was the best property, management, and venue we've been to.

Great place to stay for many reasons. Very clean, spacious roomy home. At night you can spread out to play family games or sneak away for a quiet restful sleep not mater where your bedroom is located.
Pioneer Ridge was very accommodating. The shuttle dedicated service is wonderful.
We will stay here again. -

Enjoyed the stay and very much like the house. Pioneer Ridge was responsive on a couple of maintenance-related items. The shuttle with generally on time and dependable and we took full advantage.
Feedback for Pioneer Ridge: (i) need to change distance on web site to gondola. the house via the path (shortcut) is definitely not "200 yards to the slopes" - we rented this house b/c of proximity to the ski area and were disappointed with the distance; (ii) need to include directions to the hot tub. we had trouble keeping it cycling/heating; and (iii) salt the front steps - easy to do, would be appreciated and would mitigate your slips and fall claims. -

My family stayed in unit 2650 and had a great time. The unit was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Extremely comfortable. The kitchen was totally stocked with everything we needed for our meals. The service was perfect,everyone was friendly and helpful. The robes in each bedroom were a really nice touch. Thanks for a great time!

A gorgeous home that made a weekend conference seem like a retreat. While our colleagues were back in cramped hotel rooms we were on the deck grilling. Having breakfast together and socializing in the evening made the weekend a teaming event in addition to an educational one. The service from the Front Desk was superb. We will be back! I have saved the booking info on our server.
