This newly updated townhouse sleeps 6 people with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the other bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. With over 1,300 square feet this spacious unit is very comfortable and private with new furnishings, a 52 inch flat screen TV with surround sound, a washer/dryer, and a grill and patio furniture on the private deck over looking Burgess Creek. There is a garage for one car and a car port for another. A private shuttle also offers transportation during the winter months.

This is the second time we've rented this condo and we've had an absolutely great stay both times! I'd recommend this unit to anyone who wants a comfortable, clean, and relaxing place to stay!!!

This was our second year staying in this unit. It is very comfortable and with the shuttle service provided by Pioneer Ridge, the location is superb for getting on the Thunderhead Lift at mid-mountain, or getting a ride home from there, avoiding the crowds at the base and gondola. The kitchen is well-equipped, the house lay-out works well for four people. We love the wood-burning fireplace, the views into the woods, the comfort of the furnishings and the general spaciousness. The heated and covered garage is a plus. The only thing that would have made this unit better would be a bathtub or a private hot tub, which would have been well-used. Service from Pioneer Ridge was superb.

This was a great vacation! The townhome was extremely clean and organized. The view is amazing and the location is close to all fun sites including hot springs and Fish Creek falls.
If you are looking for a place to spend a relaxing weekend with your friends or a romantic spot with your significant other, this is the place for you!

This unit overlooks the creek and is wooded all around. Quiet in the summer! And just 5 minutes down the hill to shops and restaurants and 10 minutes downtown. Nice furnishings -- we look forward to our next visit!

Enjoyed our 3 day weekend stay at the nicely decorated condo with our son & his wife. The only suggestions we would have is a few more basics in the kitchen. Since we cooked our dinners in the condo it would have been nice to have a few spices other than just salt & pepper, and maybe some foil & plastic wrap. The gas grill on the deck was great and we used it both nights. Also since it has washer/dryer, sample box of detergent would have been helpful. Overall it was a great accommodations.
