This property has it all, close to the slopes, easy trips to town on the shuttle that runs every 20 minutes or so, and games for the kids. The house has a hot tub for after ski relaxation and a heated pool a few steps away.
You cannot go wrong with this rental!!! -

A wonderful place to stay!! We stayed during the summer and really enjoyed the pool. Always something to do...relax, play games upstairs, buzz into town, walk around the bottom of the mountain. Enough bedrooms that accomodated 8 adults comfortably each with its own bathroom. Nice kitchen with some staples in the cabinets. Special touches like coupons to local businesses. Dave is a great host albeit via email and phone!! John, the manager, takes care of everything.

Beautiful condo, plenty of space for multiple families. The sleeping quarters were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was bigger and more efficiently designed than my kitchen at home. Excellent access to the ski area for trail running, hiking and mountain biking. Quiet, clean, relaxing, a perfect getaway.

The home is beautiful. It has plenty of space and is very comfortable. We were there with two other families with children and we all had plenty of space and privacy. It is decorated in the spirit of the mountains and has a lovely view of the mountain. Close to everything.

We stayed here in Steamboat Springs for a beautiful summer week!! The weather was perfect and the setting was ideal. The accommodations more than exceeded both our needs and expectations! It had all the amenities we wanted and then some. It was conveniently located to everything that we wanted to see and do. Our children had a ton of fun playing with the Wii and watching movies in the loft. I can't say how much we enjoyed our stay. We are planning to go back this October and are looking forward to seeing it will fall color in bloom!

This townhome is very comfortable to stay in. Since there were three couples and five children we enjoyed the three master suites.
Unfortunately during our stay, the icemaker in the refrigerator was not working, and it had a slow leak. We had to purchase ice the entire weekend. The television in the game room kept overheating and shutting down in the middle of a game. The X-Box did not work at all.
Enough negative. The kitchen is a dream to work in, the living room furniture is comfortable, and the dining room was large enough to hold us.Response from David Clarke - 09/11/2011

Thanks for the review, based on your comment about the icemaker we just purchased a stand alone ice maker (see actual model below) to be installed in the heated garage. As for the TV and XBOX, we have a technician looking into the problem. We strive to make our home as comfortable as possible for all guests and appreciate the feedback.

We were 3 families traveling together and found the house to be clean, well appointed, well located, user friendly with all amenities that I look for when I travel. This house is an excellent value and I recommend it highly.

Novato, CAPerfect Spot for Family Reunion

I organized a family reunion in Unit 14, and the experience was fantastic. The location is ideal, walking distance to the base of the mountain, but then again, why would you want to leave the unit? There's so much to do in the house - pool, ping pong, cards, hot tubbing on the deck, movies on the big screen and the kitchen is a great spot to cook a huge meal for everyone. We even used it to have a Guac-off between 7 of us.
Outside the house, Steamboat had plenty to offer. We played golf (Haymaker), rode the alpine sleds, went to the hot springs, caught a rodeo, took a gondola trip to the top of the mountain, saw a band at the Tugboat, played at the pool and had a fantastic meal at La Montana (great Mexican place about 200 steps away).
Dave (the owner) is super helpful and made the experience worry free. I will be coming back next year, for sure.
