This 2700 square foot private home sits in a wonderful subdivision very close to the slopes and offers beautiful views. Via foot path the home is a 5 minute walk to the Gondola, or a 1 minute walk to the FREE shuttle (for mountain or downtown). The home is located at 2688 Leeward Ln, 80487. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything to cook a family feast and a fabulous prep island that seats 3.
