Left on 02/14/2013 for a stay in January 2013
Deferred maintenance was the only problem. I had to do some drain cleaning to make the shower work. Some wall damage was left without repair and the thermostats were not accurately adjusted to reflect the correct temperature for the selected setting. All in all we had a very enjoyable visit and the skiing and ice village are very convenient. I would recommend that Resortia have an employee spend 24 hours in the rental and make notes on items that need repair. Most of the identified deferred maintenance could not be identified by a cleaning service. It would take someone acutally using the rentals ammenities to correctly make a list of the needed repairs.
