We stayed four days in beautiful Steamboat and had a blast! The customer service was excellent and helpful. Our condo was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. The only thing we didn't like was that it had too many pieces of furniture, every open spot was an end table or a chair etc. Without people in it, it was great but once we got all our bags in, their wasn't much space to move around in. The condo was close to the pool and hot tubs, which were top notch. The location was walking distance from the gondola, shops and summer concert. It was quiet, comfortable and peaceful. Our little boys and us had an amazing time! We would defintely return, only this time with another family. It was too good to not enjoy it with another family! We were all sad to leave....
Perfect for multi-family visit

Even before we arrived, the staff was so accommodating (answering simple questions like, "do I have to bring a hair dryer? what about pool towels?", providing suggestions on transportation ("How do I get from the airport to you?, Where can I rent a bike?). Our flight was delayed by hours so we did not arrive at Trappeur's until 11 PM. Security met us and were very pleasant to us. Our accommodations were very good, true to the visual tour. We were delighted with our accessibility to the pool/hot tub area as well as the rentals of our extended family. We were able to have a pre-wedding party at the Lodge and those facilities (inside & out) were wonderful also. Trappeur's was a great location for getting to the gondola & shuttle. And we haven't mentioned the view yet !!

The room that we stayed in was very nice! It ended at that point! I would never ever, ever stay in this place again with my kids and I would advise anyone who is planning a vacation with kids who like to have fun around the pool of kicking a ball around in the grass to not stay at this resort. My kids and kids that were statying at the resort with parents we treated like crap. Should only be advertised as a no one under the age of 35 are allowed. If you are over 35 and don't like to have fun you should enjoy yourself very much.
