Dieu Donne Stellenbosch offers Boutique 4 Star self-catering accommodation in the heart of the Winelands in Stellenbosch. The farm is situated high up on the Helderberg Mountain range in amongst vineyards as far as the eye can see, with magnificent views of Table Mountain. Wonderful walks in the area, in a peaceful and relaxing environment. Close by to many winefarms - winetasting and resturants. Personal attention is provided by the resident owners, Michelle and Andrew Sampson, where guests can enjoy experience of South African hospitality.

Dieu Donne Stellenbosch is high up on the Helderberg Mountains between Stellenbosch and Somerset West in the Wineland District. The farm is surrounded by grapevines and is situated on a private road, in a relaxed and tranquil environment. Long walks can be taken in the area or mountain biking is a fun way to see the surrounds. The views are spectacular accross to Table Mountain and to the False bay sea. The farms below offers excellent wine tastings and resturants as well as Trout fishing. There are many surrounding wine farms to visit, as well as the quaint student town of Stellenbosch. The beaches are close by (about a 15 minute drive) as well as many beautiful golf courses nearby. Dieu Donne Stellenbosch, offers ample secure parking as well as a shuttle service can be organised from the airport to our farm. Our property is set in the 'Golden Mile' of the Winelands where there are few properties in the area with the views we have.

We had the pleasure of staying at Dieu Donne with friends for four nights in January. We were welcomed by incredibly accommodating hosts and baskets of delicious treats. The view was sublime. The facilities top-notch. Michelle and andrew kindly looked after our children while we attended a wedding at a nearby venue. We couldn't have asked for more and will definitely return when we visit the region again.

We were pleasantly surprised at how stylish the selfcatering unit was. The special touches-like the welcoming basket made us feel right at home. Andrew made the whole booking and check-in process so easy.

We booked this unit when looking for a place for visiting some special wine estates. It was a perfect place with beautiful views,even to the magnificent Table Mountain in the distance. Michelle and Andrew were perfect hosts too, who allowed us a very late checkout for the short drive to the airport at the end of our trip to South Africa.
The unit was very well equipped, almost 5-star quality, with very good bathrooms. You could easyly spend a week or more here to visit Capetown and the Winelands. And don't miss the picnics at Boschendal and Vergelegen and wine tasting and arts at Glen Carlou.

Andrew, Micelle and their two delightful children are the perfect hosts. They accomodated our request for wheelchair accesibility and went into great trouble making our stay enjoyable. Dieu Donne is beatifully situated in the foothills of the Heldeberg mountains and the perfect getaway for a relaxed visit to the area. In addition we had wonderful hiking ( often accompanied by their two friendly black labs ) biking and views of the stunning sunsets and mountains

A friend and I stayed here during a recent holiday to South africa and throughly enjoyed ourselves. The setting of the b&b; is breathtaking and the decor outstanding. We were able to easily access Stellenbosch and Cape Town city centres and loved staying in the tranquil setting of Dieu Donne which ensured a relaxing break in a comfortable setting. I would definitely recommend Dieu Donne to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious and relaxing setting with easy access to South africa's favourite city.

What a beautiful boutique venue in the most breathtaking surroundings. The units are spacious, beautifully finished and luxurious and the style is impeccable. Besides all this beauty, Michelle, the owner is the most perfect hostess. She made me feel pampered and welcome from the minute I arrived with wonderful chats over plots of wine and she invited all the guests to a most spectacular barbecue the one evening. The location is ideal as it is only a 30 minute drive from Cape Town city and only a 10 minute drive to Stellenbosch town which is a gastronomic delight with all its restaurants. wine farms, beaches and golf are all within a 10 minute drive. This place is a gem and true value for money.

Just what was needed was a stay at this serene guest house set amongst the vines. Dieu Donne is quiet and peaceful and sits on the slopes of the magestic Helderberg overlooking Cape Town and environs. I enjoyed the well appointed self catering rooms, chic decor, yet I was close to all the best restuarants and wine farms in the area that were easy to locate from the R44. I will want to return here time and again as I enjoyed the friendly welcome from the owner and the tranquiul morning walks I had around the farm. All so very therapeutic and restful. It is a truly lovely place.
