Ideally located 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with central air conditioning. A new kitchen in 2012 rental season; with corian countertops, more storage and more outlets. Newly painted through out the entire unit!! Left on 08/15/2012 for a stay in July 2012
The condo was clean, comfortable and cozy. The best part was the distance to the beach, town and park. It felt truly like a home away from home. I would of only wished I had my own pillows, they were all too firm. The access to the kriton and games was also very nice touch,

This place was clean and well stocked. Two bedrooms are small but okay.
Has a lot of stairs to carry things inside complex. If you have trouble walking, stairs would be a problem.
Like that you could park below out of the sun.
