This nearly 100-year-old Victorian house is ideally located with water views and walking distance from the beach in charming Stonington, Connecticut. We recently renovated the first and second floor while maintaining the house's original charm.
There is a large, efficient kitchen. This home is large, comfortable and attractively furnished. The view from the back deck is lovely and quickly became our favorite place to be. We stayed here last summer and used it as a base for day trips. It is a short trip to Mohegan Sun, Mystic Seaport and aquarium, Mashantucket Pequot Museum, USS Nautilus, the Stonington winery, and many more. We also ventured out on a day trip to Block Island which was a family favorite. This is a wonderful home to stay in with a large group.

This is a gorgeous, peaceful surprise in the charming town of Stonington, on the coast of Connecticut. Inside there are many personal touches that make it feel like home away from home. There is also lots of space. The deck overlooking the Long Island Sound is a fun place to grill and eat, with yard having privacy due to many trees. We enjoyed the short bike ride into town several times. Being there in July we had the added thrilling surprise of seeing a nearby fireworks display from the deck one night.
This is a lovely home and every room has something special about it. I highly recommend it.
The owners are very nice and easy to deal with.
