Response from the manager Hi Jack, Glad you had a great time! You departed on Sept. 30 and the return check was processed and mailed on Oct. 9. We would have been happy to explain our security deposit process anytime during or after your stay. 800-639-1990 Also, with your next booking,you might want to consider leaving a cc on file with us or just purchase the damage insurance for $49, in lieu of the check for the security deposit.
