We rented this home for a week at Christmastime and made it our own, even brought in a Christmas tree and decorated it. Used the fireplace every day; the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Comfortable beds. Beautiful views, cozy, homey. Only minutes to the town of Stowe and the mountain for skiing and snowboarding. The owner was gracious, generous, and thoughtful in preparing the house for others to use.

This is a charming house with lots of character in a wonderful location central to the Stowe area. Minutes from Stowe Village and the ski area for downhill or cross-country skiing.
The house is warm, cozy and inviting with a fireplace in the living room and a great dining room where we sat around the table and ate some wonderful treats provided by the hostess/owner Liz.
I highly recommend this place. The owner is a true dog / animal lover so we were able to bring our dog making it a complete family vacation. We enjoyed the home immensely and it provided a great spot to visit local attractions like Ben & Jerry's, Cold Hollow Cider Mill, Green Mountain Coffee and the village of Stowe.
