All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We were here in the coldest week of the year,but were snug and warm. The facilities were very good, though we were not too keen on the 'wet room' shower, which tended to flood the bathroom! With snow on the approach to the stables we found it difficult to get out in the car,but were very comfortable inside the stables. We very much appreciated the complementary home made jams and apple juice.

Booked this cottage for the first part of our honeymoon but were incredibly disappointed with The Stables. We feel this cottage could be very nice, with a bit of TLC. The masterbedroom bed was so uncomfortable, we moved into the spare room. These matresses needs replacing. The cottage was full of cobwebs, not just high up but also over furniture. Strips of material are peeling off the ceiling in the spare room. The kitchen equipment/cutlery/crockery were dirty on arrival. The bathroom was however, spotless. Part of the reason we hired this property was the advertisment of a hamper of local produce. This was 2 jars of jam and some apple juice; we feel the term 'hamper' was misleading here. When we arrived, there was no handbook to tell you how to get heating or use the oven. Our bigegst problem however was with water. We started with warm water which deteriorated to cold water only and finally to no water at all. We ended up leaving early to enjoy a hot shower at a hotel.

We stayed at the Stables over Xmas.It was thick snow and after a long journey we arrived to a lovely warm, cosy cottage. The location was perfect and the cottage was very clean with a homely touch.The onsite farm shop was a bonus.

Price, Cleanlyness, Comfortable size, very accommadating owner, ect ect ect.
Would recommend without hesitation. Quiet environment.
Simply a just like home situation.
Very minor little minus would be a little out of the way.
But would go back any time! -

Leedslovely, cosy cottage

We arrived Sat afternoon,and was made very welcome, the produce gift of jams and fruit juice was very nice, the cottage was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we wanted and there was plenty of space in the lounge and bedrooms, the bathroom was very stylish with the biggest bath I've ever been in.
The shop on site has everything you could want so don't take food with you just call in the shop.
Would definately stay there again, and would recommend it. -

The cottage is of a very high standard and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. The owners were really friendly and helpful. The on site farm shop is fabulous and very handy.
The cottage is in a great location for visiting Stratford and lots of other places, including Warwick Castle and Bourton on the Water. We would recommend this cottage and would definately think of returning.
