Nice village location, easy to find and has good parking and a handy farm shop. Accommodation is clean and comfortable - perfect for a week's stay. Bathroom down some steep steps so would not suit everyone. Great location for access to a range of attractions such as Stratford, Warwick, Kenilworth and the Cotswolds.

After a friendly welcome from the Owner, settled in to nice clean and comfortable accommodation. The only concern we had was that the step from Bedroom to Bathroom was quite steep and feel it should have had a Handrail to steady oneself.
Ap-prox three miles outside of Stratford and very near to the Stratford Park and Ride. (Ideal as no worries about finding parking spaces).
Lots to see and do in the surrounding areas.
The welcome gifts of milk, and preserves were appreciated.
the location is excellent being only a short distance from Stratford the cottage is fairly spacious.
the only reservations that we had were the steep steps down to the bathroom and attention to detail in finishing eg the bath panel was loose and there was mould around the bath by the taps. the tv signal was not good and we could not get all of the digital stations. the fridge was not secured into its housing which moved when we were being showed round by the owner.
the main issue was the wall between us and the next door was so thin we could hear everything that was going on next door.

This was a lovely cottage and I've already recommended it to friends. Steve, the farmer who owns the property, was very nice and always stopped to chat when we saw him out and about. There was a farm shop on the premises where we could buy necessities (you also got some to trial free in the cottage) and it was convenient for Warwick and Stratford. The cottage was beautifully converted from a barn and despite being a one-bedroom property felt both spacious and cosy. We were also impressed that Steve contacted us after our stay to let us know about finding a lost item - great service.
The only downside was the lack of washing machine in the cottage, which would have been useful for us as a family. In fairness, there is apparently one you can ask to use, but it would be great to have one in the property itself. And it would have been nice to maybe have the cleaners come by once during our stay to replace towels etc, even though it was a self-catering property.
