This terraced cottage is located in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. 3 Shakespeare Street is a terraced cottage in the centre of the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon. The cottage sleeps four people in two double bedrooms and a family bathroom and also contains a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside the cottage is a courtyard garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Perfect for a visit to the Cotswolds and historic Warwick, 3 Shakespeare Street is a wonderful cottage in a town centre location.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  We stayed here for a week in the summer. It is a lovely cottage, beautifully fitted out with real attention to detail. Nice courtyard garden for sunny days, Aga in the kitchen for chilly ones. The cottage is really central - a two minute walk into the centre of town. The owner supplies a parking permit, but spaces go quickly - although the cottage is so central that we hardly used the car.
