This welcoming cottage is situated close to Stratford-upon-Avon and sleeps two people. The Bothy is an all ground floor cottage, attached to the owners' home, two miles form Stratford-upon-Avon. This cottage sleeps two people and has an open plan studio area with double bed, kitchen, breakfast bar, sitting area and woodburning stove. The cottage also has a separate bathroom and external utility. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and shared use of the owners' garden with tennis court. The Bothy is an ideal romantic retreat.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The Bothy was a wonderful, small but perfectly formed, retreat which simply demanded that we relaxed. Both us and the dog were welcomed with a friendly offering of freshly baked cake and a bottle of wine - not that the dog got any of that of course! The whole conversion was well planned out and 'luxury living in a small space'. It just did not feel cluttered even though the kitchen area, living area and bed space are all in one. Upon leaving I managed to leave my engagement ring on the windowsill but the owner soon retrieved it and posted it safely back to me. We will definitely be going back there again and it would be brilliant if the weather was as welcoming as the Bothy!
