A lovely barn conversion on the owner's farm in Ettington, sleeping five people in three bedrooms. Lambcote Barn is a barn conversion on the owner's farm. With three bedrooms, a double, a single and a twin with an en-suite bathroom, it sleeps five comfortably. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloak room, kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside, there is a shared front garden with furniture and use of a tennis court as well. Lambcote Barn has easy access to many attractions in the area, and makes a great family holiday base.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The cottage / barn conversion is full of charm and character with beams throughout. The property is well equipped with just about everything you can think of provided in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the whole property is clean and cosy. The log burner in the lounge is a real treat on a cold evening.
In the grounds of the farm is a tennis court for those feeling active.
The property is close to the towns of Stratford and Warwick as well as some pretty Cotswold villages.
There's a dog friendly pub, The White Horse in Ettingon just 1.5 miles away, serving great food and drink.
