This well-equipped detached cottage, three miles from Strathpeffer in the Scottish Highlands sleeps four people in two bedrooms.Stone Water is a delightful, detached cottage settled in a superb location on the shores of Loch Achilty, three miles from Strathpeffer in the Scottish Highlands. Set over the ground floor with one double bedroom and one twin, this cottage can comfortably sleep four people. There's also a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with French doors opening onto a front patio garden with furniture. There is also ample off road parking outside this cottage. Fly fishing can be enjoyed on the doorstep, and walking routes and cycle paths can be found within easy reach, whilst for a wonderful day trip, Inverness, Loch Ness or even the Isle of Skye can be easily found from this charming cottage. At the end of a long day, Stone Water provides a calming base to return to.

Town: Often compared to a Bavarian Mountain resort, the picturesque spa village of Strathpeffer owes its growth to the discovery of water springs during the 1700s, and was declared in 1819 to be the healthiest drinking water in Britain! The original Spa Pavilion has been magnificently restored after a period of disuse and now serves as a venue for a variety of events, including concerts, dances, dramas and exhibitions.
