Easy access w/ 1 car garage and hard to find level parking for multiple cars.
Plenty of decks to lounge on and enjoy the outdoors. Over 3000 sq ft of space to get lost in. Very close to groceries, restaurants, shopping and recreation.
1 mile to Sugar Mtn slopes, 7 miles to Beech Mtn sloops and 5 miles to Grandfather Mtn. Close to Lees McCrae College and ASU to take advantage of college weekends.

Our home is located very conveniently on Sugar Mtn. It's not too far up but has incredible views. We're on a dead end street and both lots on either side are family owned so there's plenty of privacy. We have a circular, relatively level driveway for plenty of parking and guests can also park on the lot next to us. We're one mile from the Sugar Mtn ski slopes and about 20 minultes from Beech Mtn, Grandfather Mtn, Boone and the Blue Ridge Parkway and about 30 minutes from Blowing Rock. Grocery stores and restaurants are 5-10 minutes away. A shuttle bus picks up skiers at the end of our street.

We were a total of 14 people including the little ones. The whole House is ready for anything that comes its way. The rooms were completely ready with Linens as promised and Kitchen was 100% stocked with all the necessities including Spices. Mr and Mrs Pippin have thought of every little thing you might need to have an awesome time. We were there in Winter time so were able to use the snow shovels as well as the kids enjoyed going down the driveway in the plastic slides provided. We were literally 5 minutes from Sugar Mountain Ski Slopes. We also found information in the home of various other activities to be enjoyed while in NC. Close to shops and restaurants. Home is so spacious to the point that everyone had an activity they could enjoy whether play charades in the first floor while the adults played poker in the main living room and another group of kids played monopoly in the loft area. No one was interrupted if needing to go to kitchen or even restrooms. You can move around with out getting in anybody's way. Dining area is very spacious as well. Everyone sat down together for once. Home is well stocked and plenty of things to keep you busy. Will definitely see about staying there again and will recommend to everyone I know that is planning on going to NC. Loved every minute of our stay !

Owners are very easy to contact. Communication was excellent. House is in geat condition, is roomy, spacious and cozy. We slept 12 people, layout is excellent and spacious. We never bumped into others. Sleeping arrangements were fantastic, plenty of privacy for multiple families. excellent location, 5 minutes from Beech Mountain. Kitchen is spacious and well maintained. House was extremely clean upon arrival. Vistas are beautiful! Patio is a nice addition with BBQ Grill chairs and swing. We will rent this house again and again!

We luckily arrived at this property in mid-December and there was a lot of snow. Realizing that the weather is impossible to control, you have to look into the things that are possible to control.
The house is has a nice cozy feel to it, and gives you everything that is advertised. Our group really enjoyed the kitchen/living room area (great for board games).
The owners are very cooperative and helpful, I would absolutely recommend choosing to stay with them!
