Description

Although we provide our guests with free parking (which can be hard to come by when this sleepy villages population swells in number during the summer months!) you may find your car if indeed you bring one gets as much of a holiday as you do when you come to stay with us.

Situated in a quiet cul de sac inhabited by friendly locals just 50 meters away from the old village square you will be located right in the heart of Sukosan just a few minutes walk away from all of the amenities this charming Dalmatian coastal resort has to offer you.

The apartment is a new build self contained studio apartment on the top floor of our family home which combines traditional with modern for convenience and comfort throughout your stay with us.

Elevated sloping ceilings with exposed beams and marble effect tiled flooring coupled with a neutral palate and triple aspect double glazed windows give a light and airy feeling to this 30m2 apartment throughout.

To visit Sukosan is to unwind and relax. We provide you with the perfect base for a self catering holiday to recharge the batteries in style and sample the local way of life.

Details of the studio apartment -

Two flights of stairs lead to the 2nd floor where you will be greeted by a small sun terrace with seating, drying space and BBQ.

Your front door opens into the hall area which is open plan to the living space comprising of kitchen containing breakfast bar with seating, fridge, Microwave, gas hob, extractor hood, double bowl sink unit, work surface and cabinets for storage of provisions and all the kitchen essentials provided to ensure the home from home factor!

A modern double sofa bed, double wardrobe, coffee table, chest of drawers, and television furnish the living area. Inflatable double and or single beds can be added for parties of more than two people. French doors lead to a pretty dining balcony with table and chairs, sun shade and village life views with mountain backdrops. (you glimpse the sea which is less than 40 meters away but balcony water views are by no means panoramic).

The shower room is tiled and consists of a WC, wash hand basin, shower and wall cabinet.

Storage for larger items including sports equipment and prams etc can be provided undercover on the ground floor.

Naturally included in the cost of your stay with us .... All utilities - hot and cold water, electricity, gas, WIFI connection, Bed linen and bathroom towels, parking for one vehicle.

About your hosts -

I am an English settler in Dalmatia and my husbands family are native Croatians who can also speak a little German and Italian.

There is usually always be a member of the family on the premises for your added security and peace of mind.
