Sumartin is the most recent, most easterly settlement, by the eastern point of Brac. Although it has good connections with Makarska and is visited by tourist yachts, Sumartin is still a peaceful place to spend a restful holiday. There are some quiet, hidden coves nearby (Rasotica, Zukovik, Radovnja, Studena, Zvirje and Spilice) with sandy or pebble beaches. Sumartin is attractive because it has retained its simplicity, with its lovely beaches, unspoiled nature and crystal clear sea. You can always find fresh fish and other local delicacies, like cheese, honey, lamb and wine. If you want entertainment, you can always go to Bol, one of the best-known Adriatic destinations with a vibrant night life and a wide range of sporting activities.

Price includes: daily rent, electricity, water, final cleaning, linen, towels, garden maintenance, pool maintenance.
Preferred day of arrival: Saturday in July and August; for other periods, please inquire.

Check out: by 10:00 am.
Cancellation policy : In case the guest cancels the confirmed booking 35 days prior to the guest's scheduled arrival, Orvas d.o.o. is entitled to keep the 30% of the total amount, the remaining 70% will be returned (less the bank costs). If the confirmed booking is cancelled 35– 0 days prior the guests scheduled arrival, Orvas d.o.o. is entitled to keep the full amount 100%.
