Waterfront Home beautiful sunsets and privacy fences on both sides of the property.
The home is decorated with Keys decor. Upstairs are three bedrooms and
two baths. Two bedrooms have king size beds and the other bedroom has
a full size bed. The living area is open with plenty of room for sitting and watching TV, enjoying the DVD and reading libraries orplaying board games with the family. The kitchen is large with side byside refrigerator w/ice & water dispenser, smooth top stove with overhead built in microwave and an island bar that seats four. Additional notes from owner
As long as the house is cleaned like move in condition and there is no damage the security deposit will be refunded. The house cleaning fee is $100.00 when required. Some cleaning is usually necessary usually runs between $30 to $50. I have a 1 page rental agreement which I will email once you decide. The taxes are 12.5%.
