NEW: Photovoltaic solar system installed on west roof to be environmentally friendly. The cottage produces more electricity than it uses, with the surplus being fed back into the public grid.

Golfers' Paradise! Recently-built (2012) chalet-style executive cottage for rent in St. Nicholas, Prince Edward Island, Canada. Just 15 kms west of Summerside on Highway 11. Next to community centre with basketball court, soccer pitch, and baseball diamond.

Cottage has the following rooms: great room (kitchen and living room) with cathedral ceiling, four-piece bathroom (with hair dryer), two ground-floor bedrooms (two double beds), loft family room/bedroom (two single beds), mudroom/laundry, private storage basement, garden shed, patio-door to sun deck, and screened-in, covered porch.

The cottage is fully furnished and equipped with: central air-conditioning, gas heating, 47" satellite television with 3D/Blu-ray/DVD video player, free wireless Internet, Bluetooth portable speaker, telephone (free local calls), clock radios, electric fireplace, sports equipment & board games, propane barbecue, patio furniture, fire-pit, washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, water softener, luggage racks, infant's high-chair, microwave, stove/oven, fridge/freezer, coffee-maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, lobster pot, pots & pans, dishes and utensils. A supply of toiletries (soap & shampoo), clean linens and towels are provided. We suggest that you bring your own beach towels. No pets. No smoking in cottage. Maximum occupancy 6 persons.

Nightly = $250 (minimum 3 night stay), Weekly (6 nights) = $1,300, Monthly (30 nights) = $4,500 [No rate increases for 2017.]

Plenty of room, clean and all the amenities were very well thought out. Ten minute drive from Summerside. We enjoyed our stay:)
