Welcome to our beautiful Bridge Gate 11, with its stunning views and a great ski-in/out location. After a busy day on the slopes head down to the new skier bridge, cross over and ski diirectly onto Bridge gate 11's lower patio.
We have furnished and decorated our new Sun Peaks home to further reflect the quality of this premium property. With tall ceilings and windows in the living area, a large well equipped gourmet kitchen, a master bedroom with fireplace and huge 4 piece ensuite, a heated private garage, and so much more, you will truly experience fine mountain living.

We (4 families- 9 adults) stayed at Bridge gate 11 in February 2013.
We really enjoy our stay. Location is perfect for Ski-in-Ski-out and we spent most of 3 days on the hills and in the forest.
Property is very clean and comfortable, kitchen is perfect for those who want to cook.
We definitely be back.

We stayed at Bridge Gate 11 with 4 couples. The place is large and has a great kitchen suitable for groups. The large great room and dining room were perfect for all of us. The place is very comfortable. Bridge gate 11 is ski in ski out but you have to ski to Mt Morrisey to then get to the main village. It is a long walk to the village you will probably want to drive if you go a night. This place is perfect for people who do not want to access the village and want very high quality furnashings and finishings. 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. The hot tub was very nice. Overall a great stay.

A beautiful and well appointed home. Spacious and luxurious. Peaceful quiet surroundings, beautiful views. Unit was spotless and well maintained. I especially appreciated the overheight garage that accomodated my vehicle with its roofbox in place!

Bridge Gate 11 is one of the best places to stay at Sun Peaks offering a great setting of mountain views and deluxe interior furnishings. The layout is more spacious and well designed than what was expected and outlined in the description. The kitchen and expansive great room really make the place as it is great for entertaining and relaxing. The amenities of premium appliances, hot tub, outdoor grill, etc. were nice touches in making the home very comfortable. In addition, the layout was quiet enough for the many of us to enjoy.
My only reservations in recommending Bridge Gate 11 is the cost as we found the price to be higher (during the high season) compared to other deluxe properties.
