Very satisfied with this rental overall. Comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The ski back at the end of the day took you to 20m from the door. The ski out was a little way from Morrisey but not an issue. The home was well equipped and had everything we needed. Ideal for a larger family, we were only four. Yes, i would rent it again

The service was excellent. The accommodation suited us perfectly - apart from feather pillows/cushions. The view and location suited us very well. We would have liked screens on all the windows, but the pull down sunscreens worked very well. We had brought our own "repellent" candles for the hot pool area and a mosquito "zapper" that we used on the balcony. It was a delighful experience which we would like to repeat.

The place was great and we loved the location. There was plenty of space.
We did wish there had been at least a fan to use. It was super hot the weekend we were there and the condo was even hotter!

This place came as advertised, nothing but the best.
Beautiful home and good location

We really liked this place which was beautifully appointed and well looked after. The only downside is that there is not a lot of water pressure but we have experienced this at a different place as well. We will definitely come again.
Great place for group of people, wonderful view, comfortable!

Five of us stayed in townhouse (2 couples used upstairs bedrooms and 1 single guy used the bottom floor bedroom)...worked out perfectly for us. We snow skied, snow shoed, snowmobiled, and socialized with 3 people from Stones Throw. Had a wonderful time. Townhouse is very nice and we all enjoyed the view. Had enough room to entertain the 5 of us, plus the 3 visitors from Stones Throw (we prepared & ate almost all dinners at our unit). There were a few minor problems that can be corrected easily: Need hooks for wet clothing, 3 lights in ceiling were not working, remote control for Sony TV on bottom floor is missing, need more than 1 drink coaster in living room, and internet access was not as advertised and we had to call alluraDirect to get access. A more challenging problem is that shower water pressure is very low...difficult for women to get all shampoo rinsed out of hair. Despite these minor inconveniences, this townhouse is a great place to rent and we all enjoyed ourselves. Only 1 person stayed downstairs in our group, but it sleeps 5 on lower level and would be perfect for children, or another couple and their kids. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom and there was also a toilet/sink on middle floor. Also, we parked 1 vehicle in garage, 1 outside garage, and truck with snowmobiles was able to park in space close to unit (the snowmobiles were above the bed of truck). We have visited Sun Peaks for 10 years or so, and always enjoy ourselves. This townhouse was very convenient for the 5 of us and we would consider renting it again in future years.

We shared this unit with another family (4 kids, 4 adults in all) and had plenty of room. The kids hung out in the basement and the adults had the rest of the house to themselves. The kitchen is a great size and well equipped. We were really impressed with the unit and will be back again next year. Check in was a breeze. We had all the information ahead of time so there was nothing to do but walk in the door. It is very convenient to ski in/ski out to the Mt. Morrisey lift which opens a half hour before the lifts at Mt. Tod.
clean and quiet

the place was very clean.
the place was as advertised, for rooms. The beds were very comfortable.
There were very few towels in the home. (6)
I found there to be alot of walking involved for a 'ski-in/ski-out)

The accommodation was very nice...well appointed kitchen and comfortable furniture. When we arrived there was a piece of the hot tub (small jet valve) floating so we took it out and left it on the kitchen counter. We wondered why the person doing the service didn't notice the loose piece and didn't see him/her to let them know. The other jets worked fine. We also found the water pressure in the condo to be very weak. What we liked best was the coziness and comfort..quiet location.
Your condo is a great location for x-country and snow shoeing. We used the shuttle for skiing but with limited rides available mid-week.
We would like to suggest that you put a bedside lamp on both sides of the beds upstairs. We are all avid bedtime readers so we brought the two lamps up from the living room. Another couple of suggestions would be to put an extendable faucet in the kitchen sink and provide a kitchen broom, mop and cleaning products for easier clean up.

Well equipped unit. Everything was as it appeared on the Internet. Beds were very comfortable. One of the few units with a King size in the Master BR. Radiant floor heating was a treat. Our kids enjoyed having the lower level to watch their TV shows and movies.
Arrangements and communication were excellent.
sun peaks resort is a great family mountain. Well organized ski school for our kids, good variety of terrain for all skiing levels.
We hope to return some day!
Thanks for a wonderful stay. I can't think of any deficiencies.

We had a wonderful stay at Woodhaven 43 in Sunpeaks, BC. I was not expecting the home to be stocked so well, with things like spices, coffee, sugar, etc. The things you don't think you will need but you do! The house was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the location was great. It was only a little bit more than a hotel and we had our own hot tub and BBQ! Excellent all around. We would definitley stay here again when back in Sun peaks. My sister lives there and we come at least once a year. There were also lots of games and things to do for the kids. It felt like a home!

Great spot -- we had a good time. Assumed that the "den" in the basement would be a contained room -- unfortunately, it was open to the upstairs (meaning the person who slept in the den could not close the door to upstairs noise). Also, there were no screens on the windows and it did get very hot there, especially in the evenings,
The kitchen was well equipped which was great. The beds were nice and comfy. Nice size for the three of us who stayed there.

Unit #43 was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 4-6 people, including teenage boys! Kitchen was well equipped. Easy to find and great ski-in/ski-out rental.

Overall, our experience at Woodhaven 43 was great. We had been concerned about the location, ski in/out; but turns out it was an easy place to be for both. The unit itself is clean and comfortable. Two things to note: the hot tub was on the fritz while we were there; this of course, was disappointing: we wouldn't have booked a place without a hot tub. Having said that, the contacts at Sun Peaks accommodation did try their best to have it looked at and serviced. It would be even better if the unit itself, had an efficient set up for the storage of the ski equipment. One vehicle had to be parked in the garage, with one in the driveway - that left little space for ourselves and the 5 children we had, to gear-up and gear down every day - all it would require is a few cleverly placed racks, and hooks. That part of our day was a little stressful with everyone crammed in what little space there was left in the garage. Little things can make a difference in a ski holiday.
