Our Condo is perfectly located, less than 1 min skiing out to the Mount Morrisey Chairlift in Winter, and during summer just off the 15th Fairway. Walking and Cycling is straight out of the door.
Sun Peaks wonderful village is a relaxed 10 minute stroll away.

We stayed here for 4 days during Easter weekend. We really enjoyed the beautiful condo. It was the perfect size for our family. The kids loved the hot tub! Everything was in great condition and it was very relaxing for all of us.
We would highly recommend staying here any time of the year! -

Been to Sun Peaks around 7 times, always at spring break, and this place is clearly the best value we have experienced. Everything you'd expect in a short term rental plus lots of generous extras in the kitchen and in general. Great hot tub, comfortable beds, smart layout and conveniently located (ski out to Morrissey Connector, ski in via Sundance). Price-wise, you won't find a townhouse/condo at Sun Peaks better priced for this time of year.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at Penybont and skiing at Sun Peaks Resort. The condominium was perfectly appointed, clean, and well located. A very short walk had us on the path to ski-in/ski-out. I really appreciated the heated flooring and the garbage service provided/included in our stay (our friends stayed in another unit and did not have this service included). The gas fireplace was a favorite of the kids to gather around and the hot tub was very clean and ready for us on a daily basis! An extra throw blanket in the living room might be a nice addition to the experience as we were watching a movie and the kids were looking for a blanket to snuggle in while watching the move. Tv and DVD player worked great too! A great stay!!

This is a modern condo that is very cozy and well equipped. The condo is ski in and ski out with pretty easy access to the lifts. The hot tub is a nice plus after a long day of skiing! Good parking and all around a great value. Enjoy.

The condo was extremely comfortable and the hot tub welcome after skiing and boarding all day.
Service was above and beyond with snow shoveling of walkways and stairs twice a say. The hot tub maintenance was done over our visit and the local Sun Peaks contact person checked in with us to ensure everything was great.
Loved the heated floors and everything you need in a kitchen at your fingertips. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! -

The villa was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the spacious rooms. Having the 2nd room with bunkbeds was a must for our family. The villa was comfortable and it made you feel like it was your home. The private hot tub was excellent and well used after a day on the slopes. Once you get to know the mountain, it makes the ski in-out easier. Would recommend the villa to all of my friends and family.

My boyfriend and I decided to go to a less crowded ski resort for the Christmas holiday in Sun Peaks. The entire resort was beautiful. What was even better was this condo: a perfect place for a family or couple's getaway! This condo provided the peace and quiet after a day's fun on the ski slopes.We enjoyed a day cuddled up in the warm condo when we were tired of skiing. It was very cozy yet spacious with the big fireplace and great furniture. We used the hot tub every day after a day on the slopes. We cooked in the well-equipped kitchen when we didn't feel like eating out. Definitely recommend it!

This was our second visit to Sunpeaks and this wonderfully appointed condo in Settlers Crossing.
Presentation was again of the highest standard with the addition of bedside lamps resolving our only request from our previous stay.
The new steps into the spa pool were also a welcome addition and after a day on the slopes, the spa was a great way to warm up and relax with a plentiful supply of towels provided.
The fully appointed kitchen makes cooking a pleasure and this year we took advantage of the Sunpeaks grocery delivery service with our weeks supply of food and wine already awaiting our arrival.
Warm, comfortable and with a selection of Dvd's to choose from, evenings were cosily spent nestled in front of the fire or wandering around the many cafes and bars in the village.
This year we took the Sunpeaks shuttle from Kamloops to the village. With everything in comfortable walking (or sking) distance of the Condo this saved us the cost of a hire car which would otherwise have sat for a week in the heated underground car park.
An early start often saw us first tracking many of the Mt Morrisey runs, followed by a late brunch in the village (recommend "Vertical Juice") before an afternoon on Mt Tod. Grab the last ride on the Sundance Express to connect to the East Village Ski Way and this will deliver you right back to Settlers Crossing.
We plan to return to Sunpeaks in 2012 and will have no hesitation in once again staying at this wonderful home away from home.
