Newly built (2011) ski-in/ski-out 4 bedroom half of a duplex in a prestigious development at Sun Peaks. This is a luxurious and spacious home that is sure to make your holiday a time to remember. You will enjoy relaxing in this bright, open living space featuring a rock-face fireplace, hardwood floors, and a sumptuous kitchen with granite counters.
There is ample space for 10 adults (12 with chiildren) to relax with 4 bedrooms, a media room and den/TV room for the kids.

Bridge Gate 15is situated above the 15th fairway of the Graham Cooke designed golf course, with ski-in, ski-out access in the winter. Great views of Mt. Morrisey and Sun Peaks main ski hill. Located in the eastern end of the resort with great sun exposure in winter. You can arrive at the main village, sports centre and skating rink in 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes with a brisk walk.

We stayed for 4 nights after New Years and this is our Favorite rental yet at Sunpeaks. ( we have been going for 6 years)
The layout is very spacious and with 3 families with teenagers it was perfect . We really liked all the racks for skis and gear and the boot dryer in the laundry room . Loved the separate media room and den for the kids. When adults were in the living room we didn't even know there were teens in the house.
The only downside is the ski in /out we had to hike down a steep snow covered slope down the side of another unit and hike back at the end of the day . Compared to some of the other properties like Woodhaven or Stones throw or Mcgillvray creek this wasn't as easy.
