I am sad to say that I was a little disappointed with this rental. At first it looked really nice but then after getting settled I wondered when the last time was that someone was there. I don't think that it had been cleaned recently, there were spider webs with spiders in several of the sinks and two bathtubs and some when I opened the blinds. The last night we were there I tried to run the dishwasher and there was no soap for it or the washing machine. The cable didn't work and there was only a VCR, not to be rude but not many people carry VHS with them. We were not there to watch TV but after a day of swimming and hiking it is nice to relax a little in the evening. We love sunvalley and this condo has some potential but a little wipe down before people come would make a huge difference.

The location in the Ridge was fabulous. The unit is attractive and so comfortable for a family gathering. It was so nice to have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a balcony.
