Part of the Elkhorn Springs interior, this beautifully decorated three story townhouse is the perfect getaway haven for both summer and winter. Windows at every level offer panoramic views of the Elkhorn Golf Course and the mountains.

At the main entry you can go downstairs to the garage where there is parking for one car, or up the stairs which introduces you to the living area, complimented by high ceilings and a river rock, wood burning fireplace. There is a 36" inch TV/DVD/CD/VHS tucked in a lovely antique hutch, comfy seating in an L-shaped couch and a game table for those backgammon duels. Off of the living room is a large... deck, with barbeque and good seating to watch some golf balls fly by.

To the left of the stairwell, on the middle floor is the dining room with open kitchen space, incorporating an open counter with a couple of stools. And, if you want to sit really comfortably, there are two club chairs in a nook just outside the working kitchen space. A tiled island and lots of counter space for prepping and serving are part of the well stocked and appointed kitchen with all the amenities for cooking up your favorite meals.

Down the hallway to the immediate left is a bathroom with dual entrance and two sinks, tub and shower, for the guest room with queen sized bed and big closet just across the other hallway. An office at the end of the hallway has another 36" inch TV, a desk at which to sit with your computer, as well as a pull-out leather sofa. This hallway also shares the laundry room with large washer and dryer, as well as counter space for folding. Further down the hallway is the master suite king bed, as well as an armoire hiding another 36" TV with DVD/VHS. The master bath includes an enormous walk in shower, double sinks and an extra large walk in closet.

Off the living room and up another flight of stairs there are 2 additional rooms.. one with a queen bed and TV and another small room with trundle (2 twins). Great room for kids. There's a private bath up here, as well.

In addition to being a fabulous luxury rental, you also get to enjoy all of the amenities of Elkhorn - swimming, tennis and golf. With mountain views and close proximity to town, you'll be more than happy with this one!

  The condo was ready for us upon arrival - it had everything we needed for our stay. The condo is perfect for a family - it allows for everyone to enjoy meals together and hang out playing games, watching movies, etc. The location is perfect if you have kids skiing at Dollar, but also easy to get to River Run.
  Best: condo layout and location. Least: nothing :)
