AUGUST RATE JUST 500 EURO PER WEEK!!! Compare it with official Bracelo rates and you will be amazed by my 60% cheaper offer!
This is the second year when we are renting out our property independently. Previously it was operated by Barcelo hotel management team, which have a 5 star hotel in the same complex. So, all the minor units (like linen and etc) are of the same standard as in the hotel itself. It was unpleasant and incovenient decision for us to interrupt partnership with Barcelo due to completely unacceptable rental terms for this year. The price is calculated according to the benchmark of official Barcelo 5 star Sunny Beach complex for the same apparment and the same term. The basis is claculated as the best possible offer from Barcelo for the same appartment (including all the discounts, earlier bookings, offers) + discount from the owner (me). These prices are usuaully 15-20% cheaper than from Barcelo.
Discounts available for longer durations.
Preferable method of payment: bank wire transfer (however ither payment options can be considered).

The apartment at Royal Beach Barcelo was lovely! It was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. The service was great, and the employees spoke English well. The location of the apartment was perfect because, all of the restaurants and shoppes including the beach, were only a short walking distance away. I would definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed my staying at Barcelo. We were pleasantly surprised with the place, everything went as expected and as it was told. We received new energy and recharged our emotions. The weather was good, as well as the whole personnel.
