Welcome to the luxurious Villa on the Black Sea Bulgaria. The villa is part of the "Bay View Villas Luxury Apartments & Villas". It is located on the hillside above Sunny Beach and it is situated 2.9 km inland from the Sea. It is newly build large detached two- story villa. Up to five people can sleep comfortable in the villa.
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has king size bed with an en-suite facility (shower). Second bedroom has twin beds with en-suite facility (bath tub). Living room is spacious and can accommodate one more guest to sleep. There is an additional W/C with toilet and basin.

Welcome to luxurious Villa on the Black Sea- Bulgaria. It is situated 1.8 miles (2.9 km) inland from the Bulgarian Black Sea coast at the foot of Balkan Mountain.

Driving Direction: There is a junction at the north end of Sunny Beach Resort on the main road Burgas-Varna. Burgas/Varna/Sunny Beach/St.Vlas/ Kosharitsa. Beside the Police hut- take the road to village Kosharitsa.
There are stables on your left. Head over the small bridge and approximately 2 km you will see a sign “Bay View Villas” on your right. Turn right head to the top of the hill to the complex -about 800 meters. At the very top at the security barrier turn left and park. Guest of course will all need to check in at Reception first which is left at the top of the hill.

We had one of our best vacations at the Bay View Villas complex, approx. 2.5km from the best Bulgarian Seaside resort Sunny Beach. This is a newly built, gated community of unique villas perched on top of a hill overlooking the gorgeous beaches. Sunny Beach is the place where the mountain meets the Sea, and may be that's why you have that unspoken feeling of blending with the nature, the water and the caressing sun. We loved spending time at the long chairs by the pool or on top of the bar/restaurant where we enjoyed the breathtaking views of the beautiful beaches below as well as the unspoiled aromas of almond, sea, pine and grass. The Villa is very modern, clean, bright with floor to ceiling windows and everything you need to feel at home. There is a shuttle bus to Sunny beach from the Villas, or you can bike, drive or take a taxi. There is something for everyone to see and do in Sunny Beach - from quietly enjoying the beach to the horseback riding, rock climbing, fishing, kayaking, having the thrill of their lives on the roller coasters, sea-doos, yachts, boats, etc. The food is fabulous and impressively inexpensive compared to the average restaurant in Toronto. The nights are vibrant and lovely in Sunny Beach, where you can hear at least 10 languages spoken around you(guests from England, Germany, Russia, France, Romania, etc.) Lots of excellent places to dine, but we absolutely recommend the Khan's Tent restaurant (Hanska Shatra) - this is a must see entertainment spectacle! Set up in the hills overlooking the brightly lit up at night Sunny Beach, this place will blow you away with an amazing evening of fabulous food, fine wine and unforgettable show. The dancers, singers and acrobats,through the power of music, costume, dance and light, take you back through centuries of history, tradition, rites, feelings and magic. We danced the night away - the live music never stops until almost dawn.We recommend Bayview Villas to all our friends-you won't be disappointed!

Villa "Rada 13" is a great place full of comfort, coziness and tranquility. It is very suitable for families with children. We thank the owners for giving us the rental and amenities. We had an unforgettable holiday. We just book the same villa for next year.

We spent our summer vacations in 2011 and 2012
in Villa Rada 13 and we have more than excellent impressions .Both times we have really wonderful time , the villa , the complex and the environment are exactly what one can desire from a vacation.A place to reload batteries by being in the mountain and only 2 km away from the sea .
We intend to go back next summer ! -

The location is very good for relaxation, last year we were there for Christmas and we had a very good year will go there and know that you will spend wonderful. Conditions are very good and have everything you need to have a good time. The attitude of the hosts to the guests is good and positive and always need respond ... Do not waste time and quickly fasten suitcases to Villa on the Black Sea ***, for a relaxing and wonderful holiday :)

Quiet and cozy place with a really great view and a sense of absolute calm. Very comfortable and pleasant accommodation. Feeling as home, yes.
Not bad area of ??the complex with affordable restaurant, pool bar and child playground.
Comfortable and not expensive transfers to/from Sunny Beach. But late at night you can not do without a taxi. So all the charms of the location are opened for travelers with own transport.

The house was very nice. It is a very nice and quiet place well adapted and safe for families with small children.
