great place to stay wonderful view never got bored of it, slept with the curtains open all night so i could wake up to it. plenty of places to eat walkable as is the publix supermarket.

Just spent 8 glorious nights at this amazing condo. The pictures on the website doesn't do it justice. The balcony is very large and the view is to die for,especially the dolphins that swim in the canal. The condo is bright and airy with everything you need. The best part was I didn't need a car because you can walk everywhere ie groceries,pharmacy etc.
I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and I hopefully be returning next year.Response from Michel Bilodeau - 02/18/2013

My mom & I stayed for the past week. We checked in late, about 10 PM and the manager Roger Picard arranged for the security man to give us our condo key cards. There was initially some confusion about the cards and condo being ready for us but it was straightened out. So service was excellent and the condo location was ideal. It is very close to adventura, Bal Harbour and has a good size pool. Self parking was a breeze with an assigned spot. The condo was convenient to the grocery store Publix and to a strip mall where CVS and many kinds of restaurants are located. The unit is well kept and has its own washer and dryer. The intercoastal view of adventura from the large balcony was gorgeous and a great place to enjoy a great leisurely paced breakfast or lunch. All in all highly recommended!

The condo is great, just as it looks in the pictures in the website. It is spacious, comortable and it has the most indredible view of the bay. The area is gorgeous, and although not on the brach, the location is just perfect and within walking distance from supermarkets and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff.
