Sunny Isles Beach, the City of Sun and Sea, is located on a barrier island in the northeast corner of Miami-Dade County, bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Golden Beach lies to the north, Bal Harbour and Haulover Park are immediately to the south.

Sunny Isles Beach is midway between downtown Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to business centers, entertainment, sports and recreational facilities, and tourist attractions. Residents and visitors can fly into either Miami International or Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International airports, or cruise into the Port of Miami or Port Everglades and be in Sunny Isles Beach within 20 to 30 minutes.

Almost one million vacationers visit Sunny Isles Beach annually to enjoy the 2.5 mile-long fine sand beach and outdoor amenities such as water sports, boating, fishing, and tennis as well as the abundant shopping, dining and entertainment options nearby. Oleta River State Park. The Oleta River State Park is the largest urban park in the Florida State Park system. The park is located on 1043 acres (4.2 sq. km) - 993 acres (4.0 sq. km) of land and 50 acres (0.2 sq. km) of inland water - on Biscayne Bay, in the northeastern end of the city of North Miami in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and adjoins the Biscayne Bay Campus of Florida International University. In some documents, the park is designated as the Oleta River State Recreation Area. The park contains one of the largest concentrations of Australian Pine trees (an invasive species) found in a Florida State Park. Here you have the opportunity to bond with the nature.

Chabad of Golden Beach. The Chabad of Golden Beach is located at The Ramada Plaza Marco Polo Beach Resort and has daily prayer ceremonies and Shabbat services. The Chabad has a variety of services and classes for all age groups. There is a Kids Corner, monthly meetings for women in the Rosh Chodish, Bar and Bat Mitzvah classes, Yeshiva studies and Chanukah Family Celebrations. Ramada Plaza Marco Polo Beach Resort allows outside Kosher caterers for any special event that requests this service such as weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, special parties, family and religious celebrations.

Sunny Isles Heritage Park. This 4 acre park is located at 192nd and Collins Avenue, right outside the condo. Heritage Park is a multi-use facility with a recreation area, children playgrounds, water play area, large open lawn, Memorial Wall and Fountains.
