We stayed at this Condo last year my husband, me and my 5 year old son. It is in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach close to aventura Mall, Golf Courses and the beach. That is all we were looking for. The area is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need to have a good trip. The condo is in really good condition and compared to the other condos in Sunny Isles it is affordable. We will definitively come back this winter.
