Premièrement monsieur Salama nous téléphone pour savoir si tout va bien, c'est gentil!
Le ondo est super propre ettrès bien situé face à la plage, le quartier est plein de bon resto et boutiques. Nousétions à quelques minutes de South Beach en voiture, je recommande cette location.

Wir haben das aparment im März für 12 Tage gemietet. Wir hatten zwar Probleme mit dem Schloss, konnte dann aber schnell behoben werden. Im apartment ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, genügend Handtücher und Bettwäsche.Es ist ausreichend groß mit 2 großen Betten.Tolles Induktions-Kochfeld.Was mir gefehlt hat, war ein Staubsauger, nur Besen vorhanden. Der Pool war super, jeden Tag gibts dort frische Handtücher.Und auch genügend Liegen sind vorhanden. Was uns nicht so ganz gefallen hat, war das velet-parking. Abgeben des autos gut, obwohl manchmal Schlange bis auf die Straße. Beim Holen des autos hat es meist 20 min oder mehr gedauert, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Die Lage ist super, zur 95 keine 10 min, airport FFL : 30 min.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!!

I can´t say but good things about the condo. There is no lowlight. Everything that we were expecting was perfectly available. It had all the ammenities in the kitchen and bethroom working perfect. The condo is very taken care of. Everything is clean and you feel extremely comfortable. If I had to even highlight a point, it would be Mr. Salama´s attention. He was so kind to answer all the questions I had before renting and during our stay he made himself always available.

Me animé a alquilar el departamento confiando en la opinión de anteriores locatarios. Fue una grata sorpresa ya que el departamento resultó tal como se ve en la foto, limpio, amplio, luminoso y cómodo. Lo único que quisiera señalar es que el WiFi no es muy potente y por momentos no hay nada de señal y no se puede usar la Internet, o es extremadamente lenta. Creo que deberÃan buscar una solución. Para los que necesitan dormir muy a oscuras, llevar antifaz ya que tiene persianas americanas y suelen tamizar bastante luz.
La pileta es grande y linda, la playa inmejorable. Los encargados de valet parking son muy amables, aunque en temporada alta supongo que debe ser muy lento el servicio ya que los autos se guardan enfrente y tienen que hacer todo el recorrido a pie.Response from joe salama - 11/20/2012

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Everything is very clean. The owner was very polite and always worried about our comfort. Also, the facilites in the building are excellent (pool, gym, etc).
As an additional note, the building is totally wheelchair accessible.
I totally recommend this apartment. -

Excellent won't even start to describe our experience at this location. We felt right at home. Mr. Salama took care of every single detail, always replied to all of our inquiries right away and was always willing to accommodate our needs. He even sent us an email prior to our trip with reminders to avoid any inconvenient and even called to welcome us to his place. Extraordinary host!
The condo is sensational, fully renovated, well equipped and very clean. We loved the location since we were looking for a place to rest not too far from Miami beach but far enough from all the noise and night life.

We enjoyed this vacation very much. The location was great. The view was great. Sunny Isles is-sun, great modern condos, palm trees and an incredible white sand beaches and crystal clear water. I have only one complain-that is not being able to live here... This place is as good as it gets..
