This is a spacious 1 bedroom condo (1005 sq. ft) with 1.5 baths and views of the ocean, both Sunny Isles and Golden Beaches. It is fully furnished with a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen bed, and all housewares for your convenience. The condo has 24 hour security, valet service and laundry facilities. It comes with a parking space in the garage, free internet and cable.
