This is your family oriented vacation destination at the Lake! Lots of room for everyone to relax and play - inside and outside! 5 bedroom 3 bath, TVs is almost every room. Kid friendly destination.
You'll approach the home and find lots of parking (including boat trailers on second tier lot) and a circle drive for loading and unloading groceries and luggage.
The lower level of the home is where you'll spent most of your time at the Lake. The living room is spacious with a wood burning fireplace, TV and DVD player. The dining room is set up for 6 but includes table leaves for additional dining space. The U shaped kitchen is spacio...us enough for several cooks. Laundry is located just off the kitchen and is large enough to store additional items. The lower level also has one bedroom with a full size bed and a full bath with a shower.
There are two sets of stairs to the upper level of the home. One is off of the living room and leads to the spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, an entertainment wall with TV, large double vanity sink and open storage shelving. Off the master bedroom is the second bedroom with two twin beds, TV and a great view of the Lake. There is a full bath with shower tub off the hallway and access to another bedroom with 2 twin beds and TV. Off the Master and with a separate entrance is the huge sunroom with a sectional sofa, entertainment armoire with TV and an air hockey table. The other set of stairs off the kitchen lead to additional rooms upstairs. There is a queen size bedroom with TV, a walk in closet and access to a full size bathroom with a shower tub - bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. Then off the hallway is the game room that kids of all ages will love. TV (no cable access) with hook-ups to PS2 complete with guitar attachments. The game room also has a full size futon and a two person game table with board games. This room also has access to one of the bedrooms with the twin beds and an outside access to the roadside circle drive.
This great vacation home has lots to offer outside as well. Your friends and family will certainly spend most of their time relaxing in the shade of the grassy yard under the cottonwood and the expansive covered patio off the living room. There is outside dining for eight plus additional seating for four. The gas grill is also just off the living room and is perfect for grilling any time (even in the rain).
The dock is huge and certainly a great spot to enjoy the Lake. This property offers not just one but two boat slips, 11' X 28' and 10' X 24', and open slip for PWCs. The water is deep off the dock but also has steps off the seawall for easy water access. You'll enjoy the picnic table as well and the huge sun deck. Dock overlooks the expansive cove and main channel. Added feature of this property are the amazing sunset views.
This 2,800 sq. ft. vacation rental is available year around. The desirable features include central heating and air conditioning, cable TV (in almost every room), DVD, phone, ceiling fans, all bedding, dish towels, and an iron. The large u-shaped kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, range, and refrigerator. Other inclusions are trash service, open parking, and access to laundry facilities off the downstairs kitchen.
This amazing property is just 5 minutes from the town of Sunrise Beach and just 20-25 minutes away from all the action on the busy side of the Lake – Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach – via the community bridge. Once you are here plan to take in any number of the Lake's attractions including state parks, theme parks, cave explorations, golfing, go-karts, theatres, bowling, music shows, museums, and of course lots of shopping. We can help with any of the details of your vacation planning and would be glad to mail out vacation guides, restaurant guides, state park guides, etc. Our hospitality is yours for the asking!
Properties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

My family and friends had such a wonderful experience that we decided to make a trip to the lake an annual destination!!!
We were a large family group of 12 spanning four generations. Easy access to the water for all. Plenty of space to relax outside and inside. Great large kitchen and eating area and many bedrooms and bathrooms. Enjoyed watching the kids skiing and tubing as we looked out from the covered patio. Calm water, close to Captain Ron's for the beach, Pirate's Point for waverunners, etc. Friendly, friendly people!!
