This wonderful family oriented lake home is within a wonderful subdivision. Located on the 10 mile marker of the osage arm and nestled within Spring Cove. The three story home has an vaulted living room, family room with a wet bar, four bedrooms and three full baths.
Guests enter the Paradise Cove through the entry foyer (which is also supplied with the washer and dryer). Straight ahead from the entry is the u-shaped kitchen and dining table that is suitable for 6-7... guests. On the right just past the kitchen is the guest bedroom with a king size bed and hallway access to a spacious full bath with shower/tub combination. Also just past the kitchen is a large vaulted lakeside living room with a fireplace and flat screen TV. The open staincase lead guests upstairs to a treetop landing and two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom is set up with a king size bed and overlooks the Lake. There is a second bedroom upstairs as well with a queen size bed. The bathroom upstairs is a shared master bath - full size with a shower and tub combination. Downstairs from the main level living is a family room with a full size futon, flat screen TV and very unique mozaic tiled sit up bar. Just off the bar is the fourth bedroom with queen and twin size bed. This level is also equipped with a 1/2 bath
Guests will have access to several wonderful exterior features of this property. Enjoy relaxing on any of the 5 decks that overlook the Lake. Enjoy the tree top lake views from the master balcony or the second level decking decking with yard access just off the main level living room. This level is perfect for watching the passing boaters with its bistro seating for 2. The lower level deck is nestled in the trees and includes a private hot tub, patio seating for 10 guests and two 9 foot umbrellas. Half way down the steps to the dock is another great sun deck perfect for catching the summer rays. And along the shoreline are Adirondack chairs positioned perfectly for watching the kids swim or warming up to the shoreline fire pit. And the dock, oh my goodness, is a lake vacationer's dream. Wooden dock surface (that's cool to your feet)with an iron patio set for 6, a large swim and sun deck, one open boat slip and two PWC lifts. The deep water cove is perfect for swimming and fishing. And the mature development is certain to have planted fish beds just below the surface of the dock.
This 2,100 sq. ft. vacation rental is available year around. The desirable features include central heating and air conditioning, cable TV, DVD, phone, ceiling fans, all bedding, dish towels, and an iron. The large u-shaped kitchen is fully equipped and includes stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, range, convection oven and side by side refrigerator. The owner has even stocked the kitchen with an electric griddle, bread machine, crock pot, colander and food storage containers. It's fully stocked for every lake oriented cook! Other property inclusions are weekly trash service, open and covered parking, and access to laundry area off the upstairs entry.
This amazing property is just 5 minutes from the town of Sunrise Beach and 10 minutes from Laurie. And your are about 15-20 minutes away from all the action on the busy side of the Lake – Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach – via the community bridge. Once you are here plan to take in any number of the Lake's attractions including state parks, theme parks, cave explorations, golfing, go-karts, theatres, bowling, music shows, museums, and of course lots of shopping. We can help with any of the details of your vacation planning and would be glad to mail out vacation guides, restaurant guides, state park guides, etc. Our hospitality is yours for the asking!
Properties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.
