We provide full service, 24/7 maintenance with all our vacation packages and always welcome our guest's feedback in order to continue making every guest's stay, their Best Ever! We are always living up to our motto of 'just tell us what you need and consider it done' as 'we do the footwork for you'!

We are pet friendly and will allow your furry companion to come along on your amazing vacation. Pet fee is $50.00/pet and is in addition to other fees. There is a Pet Agreement this will be done after your reservation is booked.

Housekeeping Notes:

We would like to assure you that all homes are cleaned thoroughly, and all linens are washed in HOT water, with Spartan BDL, hospital quality detergent. We will leave a container of Clorox Disinfecting Wipes in the home for your convenience and health.

“Small cottage peaceful and quiet setting”

Response from the manager We have addressed your concerns. Due to time of year and location in the woods, a mouse did get into this cottage. We found the location of entry and it's been fixed. Deep clean has been done and the fake tree been removed from the cottage. Reminder this is a pet friendly cottage and if you do have allergies, please keep this in mind. We do take pride in offering great experience for all guests. Thank you for bring this to our attention.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
