This is also where you’ll have access to the open and covered decks – Relax outside with a glass of fine wine and take in the amazing views!

This home has 130 feet of waterfront in a protected cove just around the bend from the main lake. You’ll be able to enjoy the large 12 by 20-foot swimming platform as well as the covered dock, which has two wells (32x12 and 24x10), both with lifts. There’s enough docking space for a 40-foot-deep draft sailboat and a PWC lift and dinghy ramp for your convenience. You and your travel companions will love the wide selection of recreational watercraft available from the nearby marina at favorable rates – Take your pick from various speedboats, deck boats, cruising sailboats, or dinghies for adults, youths, and kids over the age of 7. You may even want to take an individual or group sailing lesson – They lead to ASA certifications for barefoot charters on coastal waters!
