Huge assest to have access to both Maverick's and the Sharc. My kids were not impressed with the Sharc, small and no hot tub to warm up the little ones. Unit was very nicely furnished and management was exceptional. Very good value for a fun family vacation!

We had a nice time in this rental over Memorial Day weekend. It's in a good location, close to Sharc, the nature center, and the village shops. The bed setup is pretty good for families, though the little kids with us loved the loft area with bunk beds, which is open to the downstairs, so that meant being quiet while they were going to sleep.
We were disappointed that the rental came with a barely adequate starter supply of paper products (no tissues at all), and there weren't even a few coffee filters to get us started on the first morning. Also, there were supposed to be 2 bikes, and one was broken, so we had to rent another bike.Response from Mountain Resort Properties, Inc - 06/05/2012

It is very generous to offer the wonderful 4 for 2 special. The extra $25 "special cleaning fee" is a bit strange, since there is already a cleaning fee attached.

We loved the whole house. we liked the front and back decks and the open beam ceiling in the living room with the skylights. it was a very quiet peaceful neighborhood with walking distance to the village and biking distance to the south pool. I would definately rent it again.

We saw the new year in and spent a few days at Meadow House 21. My husband and I plus six kids aged 10-23. Sleeping space was great although the loft has room for 4-plus, and the one bedroom for only two which wasn't so good with 3 guys and 3 girls. But 23yo slept on the couch and all was well.
It was really snowy/icy so we didn't do much outside such as biking. The younger kids played in the snow. Kitchen was well supplied for meals, baking, coffee, etc.
