This is a beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom condo with a private loft. 2 extra long twin beds in each downstairs bedroom and a queen bed in the bedroom loft upstairs. Lovely private deck looking out to an especially large common area with mature Ponderosa's. Hot tub installed in 2009. This is a wonderful home for your Sunriver get away.

A really nice place! Very convenient location close to the Sharc and the village. The only flaw (very minor) is that the gas grill is about ready for retirement. Still, we like Sunriver so well that we've decided to buy a place there!

A great pet friendly rental with a cozy cabin feel. Loved the location, close to the Sharc and village. Dining area fit all six of us very comfortably.

The place was clean with a pretty nice layout. Its a little older with older furnishings.
The fireplace did not work and we had to call to get it lit.
Then we continued to smell gas so we turned it off.
No trash bin outside and had to replace night nights.

We had a family get-together here and had a really great time! The location of this house was pefect. Not too far out of town but also very quiet and secluded. We loved the private hot tub and the 3 movie rentals with a complimentary microwave popcorn packet. They were very accomodating with us having a dog in the house. They had little dog treats and a bandana and dog tag. Just a little something special :)

Absolutely loved this house! We were greeted with soft music in the background, fabulously clean house and treats, bowls and goodies for our 2 yellow labs. Plenty of room for entertaining. The kitchen is great and was stocked with extras like trash bags, paper towels, laundry all in one sheets etc. Will definitely stay there again! Great location!! Whole family had a great time!!

Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us. We enjoyed riding bikes and taking walks during the evening around the Sunriver area. We did have the chance to do Paulina's Plunge which we all enjoyed! Hopefully next time we will be able to stay longer and take advantage of more activities.

Polehouse 6 was a pretty nice place to stay. We went to bend for a weekend bachelor party with 6 guys. We didnt spend a lot of time at the house but it was clean and large enough for 6 grown males. Very clean as well.

We have been visiting sunriver for 25 years. We enjoy all seasons. The polehouse was quiet, very comfortable, and just a friendly place to stay.

This was a wonderful weekend and in general we were satisfied with this house. Easily large enough for 5 people. I felt 6 would be pushing it. Where we would take points off is that the person who sleeps in the loft hears the refrigerator run at night- not good if you are a light sleeper.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pole House 6. Upon arrival, we were greeted with background music playing and lights on. The unit was so cozy, well-equipped and nicely remodeled. The rooms were large and all had comfortable beds. We had a few issues with the fireplace (pilot light was out) and the hot tub (temp. off a bit) which were very promptly taken care of. We were fortunate that we had snow, which made our stay even better. We all enjoyed the sledding hill in Sunriver. We will be back.

We stayed in Polehouse 6 for five days with our two small children. Because they each had their own bedrooms with twin beds, they were able to get the rest they needed to make our vacation joyful. The large dining room area allowed us to have large family dinners with other family members who stayed in Polehouse 5. The large screen TV was perfect for enjoying all the bowl games. The only bummer was our inability to get the gas fireplace to work. Perhaps next time.

We used to own a house in Sunriver and so know it well. We now rent whenever we go and usually use Bennington Properties as our rental company. We love Bennington's because every house that we have rented from them has been very clean and well appointed. Polehouse 6 was a beautiful, small cabin that had recently been totally renovated. The people at Bennington's have always been very friendly and helpful. The house is warm and lit up when we arrive (in the winter) and all we have to do is show up. We own a little dog and he is always welcome and the staff even leave him a welcome note, biscuits and a bowl! We have no reservations in recommending Bennington Properties to anyone renting a home in Sunriver.

We came up with a 4 day weekend unexpectedly so made a call to Bennington Properties to see what they had available on short notice. Probably wouldn't have picked #6 Polehouse if we'd had more to choose from but we were delightfully suprised. The location is great and the house is charming. It isn't a shared wall condo (which we really liked) and the interior is great. A really nice feature is all the windows on the main level - they all open and make for a wonderful breeze to relax by.
This was also the first time we rented from Bennington Properties. We've rented from two other property management firms in Sunriver over the years but we found the Bennington properties to be diverse and really nice. And their website is very user friendly. Our first day there we rode bikes over to their office and met some of the staff - they are an excellent bunch of folks. We will definitely be renting from Bennington again!

The house was nicely updated. We were close enough to everything so that it was just a quick bike ride to swim or shop. The staff gave us a baby gate to use to keep our toddler off the stairs. Sleeping in the loft is not reccommended for adults and a toddler- we had to move into one of the bedrooms. I was disappointed that there was no room anywhere for us to store our dry foods. We had to keep it all out on the counter but for a few things we squeezed in the cabinets.

We really enjoyed our stay at Polehouse 6 in Sun River. Location was great, very close to the village, the condo was spacious, kitchen was quite well equipped, everything was very clean, and well maintained. This condo doesn't have much of a view, but that wasn't particularly important to us. Having bikes supplied was nice, although we brought our own bikes. Only minor issue was that the condo wasn't air conditioned, but we were able to keep it reasonably cool enough with the fans that were there. We will definitely return!
A final note, my wife left a small cosmetic case in one of the drawers of the night stand. When we contacted the Bennington Properties folks about this, they were extremely helpful, and found the item, and sent it back to us via ups within a couple of days. Great customer service! -

this is a comfortable, remodeled vacation home with all the amenities. My only complaints about the property would be the loft has a window which can only be opened by climbing on a ladder, which is only a problem in the summer when it gets very hot up there. Also, the noise from the hot tub motor was very loud in the loft as the hot tub is on the back deck right below the loft - this often kept me awake at night. If there were a way to turn that off I would probably stay there again!

Bennington was highly recommended by a co-worker and they didn't disappoint! Price was reasonable for the summer season and they were able to accomidate a short stay for us. They provided goodies for my dog and the dog park/wash located at the office was a great perk. The house was very clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. Area was very quiet and beautiful. Self check in/out system was great.

Bennington Properties is very accommodating and easy to work with in finding a property to suit our needs. Polehouse 6 was very clean and comfortable. Even though it does not have air, by opening windows and turning on the fans upstairs, it cooled down very nicely. It was casual and confortable and fit our lifestyle, nothing fancy. The only potential problem was we were guaranteed two bikes, but we could not find them. Luckily my daughter had brought an extra bike and we did not need them. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and will be back.

Bennington properties is awesome! They are really on the ball! We needed a can opener and they brought a brand new on to our property withing 20 minutes!
This house was very clean and cozy! We loved the hot tub! The beds were so super comfortable! Usually it takes a night or 2 to get used to a new bed, but we slept very well the first night! This house was so cozy and perfect for our quiet getaway. It has nice upgrades, is clean and decorated tastefully. Bennington Properties took extra care in how they presented the house including background music when we arrived and a special gift for our pooch. We did need to call for maintenance during our stay and they were prompt, professional and courteous. The only drawback I would offer is that for part of our stay the owners of the house across the way arrived and were a bit unpleasant. The walkway is shared between three houses and they parked their vehicle atop the walkway, left their cart in the walkway, did not pick up after their unleashed dog outside, and basically told us they wished we weren't there. I would definately stay with Bennington Properties again, however, for the unfriendly neighbors I would select a different house.

Polehouse6 is a very comfortable, well equipped home with all of the kitchen
gadgets and appliances one might need to make a great meal for our family of
five. It is decorated very nicely - cozy cabin feel with modern comforts.
The ONLY draw back would be the deck is quite small because of the hot tub
(although very nice) so if rented in the summer there isn't much space for
dining. I personally am not a big fan of the tall privacy walls on many of the
Sunriver decks, which this one has. It was perfect for a winter getaway!

We enjoyed the property. It was perfect for our family of four. The decor in the home is tastefully done. We had access to all the conveniences of a modern home but in the middle of a wooded paradise. We had quiet dinners, watched a movie with some popcorn and had a dip in the jacuzzi. It was a wonderful family vacation.
