Cute and cozy studio condo located in the Business Park of Sunriver. It is a short walking or biking distance to the Sunriver Mall. The living room has a hide-a-bed and there is a ladder to two sleeping areas each with a full futon mattress. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. After a long day bike riding take a soak in the Association hot tub. SHARC ACCESS, WIFI, NO MAVERICKS

Nice little studio with a full kitchen. Comfy! The queen pullout bed was horribly uncomfortable the first night, but we spent the rest of the trip in the two full futons in the little loft. Very cozy! All in all worth the money.

A beautiful resort. Grounds are magnificant. There must be a dozen dear that live on the premises. Appointments are great, rooms are spacious.
Service is terrible. To begin with they close down the office at 8 PM. We came in around 5, and there were several people waiting to check in and one checker. So he was not too thorough in explaining things to us that we needed to know. Like what nearby restaurants were open for dinner. I asked about ice and was told there was an ice maker in the room. There was not, only two ice trays in the freezer. Then before we realized it they were closed down. The next day I tried to get WiFi, and was told that someone would be by, They never showed, then I was told that he was too busy, but reset the routers. Well that didn't work.
There was a full page of instructions for how guests could make things easier for maintenance. It should be the other way around. The bathroom was not very clean.
Compared with other timeshare resorts like Sedona Summit, Powhattan in Williamsburg, Va, Sunriver in Canada, The Wyndham's in New Orleans and Las Vegas, World Mart in Depoe Bay, this one falls way short. Too bad. The should not be 4 star. -

My lady friend and I had a terrific time there for three nights stay. We loved the quality of the room, pool, hot spa, and the location. In regards to hot spa, we were expecting it to be part of the outside porch. It might be the the statement in the Overview & Photo tab that states, "After a long day bike riding take a soak in the Association hot tub", that made us think that it was part of the room. That was the only down side. We were surprised not to find a dish washer, but we have adjusted to it. The staff at the office were always very friendly and accomodating. We had a terrific time, and I think we will like to come back again.

Quite honestly, I threw a bit of a tantrum when we arrived--I was tired and the unit seemed small--and I noticed no dishwasher or washer/dryer! BUT...I convicted myself of being a spoiled brat and apologized to my family in the morning. My boys (age 6 & 8) learned that not everyone has the luxury of a dishwasher--AND that some people have to put coins in a washer to make it work (the w/d is right next to the pool and VERY convienent. You are not in the "village" area but it was a very easy bike ride for all of us. If you are going with kids and want privacy upgrade-- but if you're looking for good value this is your place. We had a great vacation and next time would probably go for a one bedroom rather than the studio. However, the boys LOVED the loft.
The tenant/owner below us nicely asked us to try to have our boys walk more quietly. You may want an upper apartment. Also, there are a fair amount of "locals" that will refer to you as "tourists" when you're at the pool--they were very nice however, and shared their pool toys with my boys.

This location fit our needs this summer perfectly. The price was great, nice bike ride to the village and SHARC, pool on site was perfect.
The sleeper sofa has a great mattress. The kitchen had pans and knives that worked well (often a rare thing!).
I would suggest noting in the rental description that washer/dryer are on premises, not in unit... Also no bike rack for the unit so we had to often haul our bikes up and put on porch area... another unit had bikes attached to the railing right outside our door. Sometimes we were able to lock a couple bikes up at the base of the stairs. I'd suggest either a bike rack installation someplace or at least letting people know at check in what to do with bikes.

This was a great little condo - perfect size for my son and I. 2 loft beds, kitchen and small living room. And although it was not a picturesque location (near business park), it was close to bike trails and just a short bike ride to the village shopping center. A little pricey for the location and size, but guess that is Sunriver

The hide-a-bed was very comfortable. The kids liked having their own futon mattresses up in the loft. The large electric fan didn't work, but the place stayed cool enough for us (we followed the instructions left by the owners and the inside temp never
got above 74 degrees.) The kids preferred using the pool at the condo because it was less crowded than the South Pool. We all enjoyed the hot tub. If we return to Sunriver, we would definitely try to stay in this condo again. My only complaint is that the
silverware and dishes hadn't been cleaned well. I just washed them myself right when we arrived; so, it wasn't a big deal. -

I love coming to this is easily available, accessible and close to the bike paths and Resort amenities without having to pay the premium price. The pool is well kept and many times we are the only ones there. The condo has everything you need and serves as a great sneak away from the city in the summer or winter.

We have stayed in this condo for each of the past five or six years and enjoy it always. We especially appreciate the well-equipped full kitchen, even with good knifes. The selection of pots/pans/utensils and eating ware is excellent. Towels and linens are a treat, as well.

The toaster was broken. There was no dishwasher. And this being a rental and not a hotel room there was no maid service (as expected). The unit described as having a loft. That was a very generous description. There were elevated platforms with lumpy futons on, one over the kitchen and one over the bathroom.

This is a nice unit, and although it's small by condo standards, it is comfortable and superior to the average hotel room. And it's very hard to beat the price. The only real drawback is the location--it's in what amounts to the Sun River business park, outside the resort proper. But that's not an issue if you're not going to hang out at the unit, and everything in the resort is a quick bike ride away.

"Cozy" in the unit's description means tiny which for the two of us was not really a problem as we were active outdoors and only in the condo at night. However, our stay coincided with a heat wave. With no air conditioning and a nonworking portable fan (the ceiling fan did work) the nights were pretty uncomfortable. The toilet's leaky valve meant repeated handle jiggling was required.

Unfortunately there are not a lot of homes with air conditioning due to our cool nights although more and more owners are installing that each year. We to work with you again in the future.

It was very hot (upper 90's) while we were there, so AC would have been nice, particularly for getting to sleep at night. Other than that, everything was great.
