Love this place. Beautiful view of mountain and lake. Wildlife abounds. All amenities are first class. We always take the canoe trip down the river. Bring a picnic basket and stop downstream. Enjoy a leisurely time and the scenic trip...

We went with another couple to Sunriver for the first time and chose to stay at Quela 102 and couldn't have been happier.
The condo's location is perfect. The living room and back deck look right onto the lake. You're right on the bike/walking path (and they have bikes at the condo for you to use). The pool and hot tub are right there. It's also centrally located to the lodge, horse stables, airport and all the other sights.
The condo itself is roomy without being unnecessarily huge. There's plenty of space to cook, eat, watch TV, play games, etc. as a group but also room to do things separately.
Whether you're heading to Sunriver for activity or just to relax, Quelah 102 is great. It's where we'll definitely stay next time. -

Our family of four has stayed at Quelah 102 several times, always during the summer. We enjoy the Quelah condos because of their location on the edge of the Sunriver development, with easy access to the meadow and its wildlife, Nature Center, stables, and river. We also appreciate having use of a private pool that is steps away, and not as chaotic as the larger ones. We discovered Q102 after staying at several other Quelah units, and it instantly became our favorite. Every evening, we savor dinner on the deck gazing at the sun setting over Mt. Bachelor beyond aspen Lake. Since we cook nearly all our meals, we love the very well-equipped kitchen. The rest of the unit is comfortably and tastefully furnished. Wifi is helpful if you must be connected (although I recommend unplugging!). The owners are responsive and easy to work with. Although I'd like to keep it a secret, I highly recommend Quelah 102!

My wife and I stayed for four nights in late September and had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, comfortable, and really does have one of the best views available in Sunriver. Two mornings we watch deer come to the pond, and were constantly entertained by the geese and ducks winging in to land on the pond. We had wonderful bike rides, enjoyed the pool (a short 100 yard walk across the entry and a large grassy area), and slept soundly. The Nature Center is just a five-minute walk from the condo, and it took us just 10 minutes to ride our bikes to the Sunriver Mall. We brought our own bikes, but there were good bikes provided by the owners, too. The owners were very easy to work with, and we plan to return for another visit.

Easy to locate unit on the property. Great location - bike/walking paths are close to the unit. Condo was clean and comfortably furnished. Wi-Fi comes with the unit rental. The kitchen has everything you would have at home for cooking. Pool is a 2 minute walk from the unit. I have rented this unit several times and have given a rental period as a gift.
