Our family of four stayed here in august 2012 for a week. The condo itself is very dated (kitchen, bathrooms, furniture), but had a great amount of space for our family of four (we never even used the second bedroom on the lower level). The tile and fluorescent lighting in the kitchen was very 80s, although the kitchen was not tiny but adequate. Beds were comfortable. The deck off the dining room is very small and there was no table up there at all to sit outside and enjoy meals (we ended up dragging up a rubbermaid wobbly plastic table from the garage up and used some folding chairs). The nice Weber BBQ was the best part of the deck. There was only one game, one movie and one jigsaw puzzle. We had to go to Bennington Properties (they are very accommodating, btw) to borrow others. There were plenty of bikes in the garage (3 kid and 4 adult) but not in the best shape, so you might want to bring your own. The location in the north at circle 6 is a good 20 minute bike ride to the village, but being on the golf course was nice and having a bit of grass around for the dog and kids. The condo pool is adequate. The hot tub on the property is in a horrible location, just off the second downstairs bedroom under the deck (like being in a cave). The bottom line is that we booked this rental 2.5 weeks in advance and we needed a pet friendly home. It was affordable (we got a discount for being return renters, plus a last minute % off). Although we had a great trip, I would say it was our least favorite property we have ever stayed in Sunriver...next time we will book further in advance so we have a better selection!

The place is OK. No internet, and you can't see the sky from the hot tub...at all. Nice location--we walked to McDivot's for coffee in the morning.

Fairway Village 27 completely met our expectations for the week. It was a perfect size for two families with kids. The bedroom downstairs should have had two sets of bunk beds rather than one set and a twin bed. But we made it work with 4 kids in that 3rd bedroom. It was great to simply walk across the street to the pool. Great location within the complex. We were glad to have pool passes to the North Pool and Sharc facility. The new pool is amazing! The condo really should have wireless internet. We were able to pick up signal from a neighbor however it was not consistent. If we were to book again we will choose a condo equipped with internet. Other than that, all was great!

We had a full house service . Everything was in order and convenient. Staff were friendly in all forms of communication. Emails were sent in a timely and respectful manner. Over the phone they were nice and patient . At office also they were welcoming.
The house was comfortable and we liked the location. Overall we liked all aspects and had a great stay. The only problem was with the hot tub which could not been taken care during our stay. However when we mentioned it , there was a compensation for it. One thing which we forgot to mention was one of the cooktop rings which was not working. But it was not a big issue since we could use the other three.

Nice condo, great location, loved being close (but not too close) to the private pool. Walked to driving range. Took advantage of "green space" for bocce ball. Condo was very, very hot when we arrived - shades had not been drawn & cooling system, while on, didn't work that well. Shade in master suite would not go down. One burner on stove top did not work. Timer and clock on stove did not work & oven seemed to run too hot. Would have been nice to have more instructions on hot tub - like where was motor & how to know if it was on. Otherwise, we had a great time & would come back again sometime.

My friends and I had a great time. The condo was in good condition and was well laid out for our group of 6 plus three dogs. We really appreciated how truly dog friendly everything was.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Sunriver winter wonderland. Our suggestions for Fairway 27 would be new appliances or at least a tune up. We had trouble with the oven, stove, and fridge; finding just the right tempurates was a challenge and became funny for us over the days. Oven and stove were too hot and the fridge so cold we froze a few things. No huge deal, just something to look into. Also, the front porch light was out, a bit dark and hard to judge when coming up the stairs especially with all the snow and ice. All and all a great trip and we're already talking about our next trip down.

We had a wonderful vacation this summer staying at this home. It was clean, comfortable and fit our family of five perfectly. We enjoyed having the bikes in great shape in the garage and the movies available to us was an added touch. This house has a great location for us by the north pool and tennis courts and having access to our own pool was a plus. The only down side to this house is the hot tub. It is set very hot and could not be adjusted...we were looking forward to it but it was way to hot to get into.

We enjoyed our second stay at 27 Fairway Village. We usually come in april. Much prefer the off-season rates! The dog cookies, etc. were a very nice touch for a dog-friendly place. Bennington Properties are hospitable folks!
Needs more fry pans and the downstairs sliding door doesn't latch. Wi-fi would be great! Otherwise, we had a very comfortable stay.Response from Bennington Properties - 07/29/2010

Very comfortable,clean,quiet,and adequate accommodations for our family. Easy check-in and check-out by using the lock box. The only thing lacking was enough coffee cups for everyone.

This is a nice but not fancy 3 br condo at an affordable price. 2 bikes (clunky) worked out of five- the others had flats. Nice balcony with a working grill, quiet neighborhood. The loudest thing was the hot tub, which is a bit startling for this light sleeper to get used to when the heater comes on in the night.
Were able to get in using lockbox key, everything was clean and 3 dvds I'd reserved were on the counter- a nice touch.
Probably the $100 cleaning fee seems out of line, but having one night free when paying for two compensated. Didn't use the pool/tennis passes- but the facilities looked nice. -

We found this home very cozy and comfortable. Though it's not big, it's well designed. The location is very good--walking distance to pool and golf course (though we were there in the winter) and the price was reasonable.

My husband, son, and I were spending a week with my mom and this house fit our needs nicely. We stayed downstairs, while she had the upstairs to herself. The private pool was an added bonus for us, especially with a younger child. The home is older and not updated in it's style and decor, but it is nicely equipped and comfortable.

Bennington has been our "go to" contact when setting up
summer rentals for our yearly-biyearly summer family
gatherings at Sun River. This was our first "condo" rental -
we usually stay in 5-6 bedroom homes - and we rented one
of these this year as well - PLUS the condo.
As usual the set-up contact was cordial, non-pressuring and
informed.
After our arrival Bennington failed to provide the key to the
pool in the condo group for 3 days. This proved to be a
critical oversight because my wife was recovering from knee
replacement surgery and used pool exercise as a means to
totally recover mobility in the knee. The key was finally
delivered with an apology and goodies which helped to the
mistake.
Everything else went without a hitch. Our routine experience
with Bennington! -

We enjoyed this condo, especially the location and the deer in the yard. It was just right in size for 3 of us, plus our Aussie, Callie. But also big enough for a one night visit from our daughter, son in law, and grand daughters. Every thing you could possibly think of in the kitchen. Lots of bikes, but some of them are a bit long in the tooth. We will definitely stay here again.
