The townhouse (#2) was awesome. It was well equipped, the hot tub near the office was huge (my kids thought it was a swimming pool), and the garage door was so high I could fit my SUV with a topper in it. It was odd that they didn't have any hairdryers in any of the bathrooms. My wife had to go to the office to get one. Also, the Tv's are too small. They need bigger flat screens. Overall, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay at StoneRidge again.

We originally rented a unit that was located close to the unit my sister and her family were renting. At the last minute, we found out that the owner of the unit wanted to use it during that period, so Stoneridge moved us to another unit on the other side from where my sister's family was staying. In the summer this probably wouldn't have been a problem as we could have walked across the middle grass area, but because it was winter and snowy, it was difficult getting back and forth and sharing meals as we had planned. Since we were paying full price for the unit, I was disappointed that Stoneridge did not make any other concessions to us or even notify us in advance about the change.

We spent Dec 29 - January 1 at Stoneridge in Sunriver. After a very crazy Christmas season, and work having been all consuming, it was a pleasure to come to Stoneridge. It was our respite and haven for 3 nights. The development is quiet and tucked away in the trees which offered privacy from other units. The unit itself was well appointed and luxurious compared to many other offerings in the Sunriver community. Check in was easy and the staff very friendly and accommodating. We will be back.

The location is fantastic. An easy walk to the store
and village shops.
The bedroom sereration was great. Giving lots of privacy
for each couple.
We do think the homes are starting to look very dated. The
hardwood floor is rough and needs refinishing. And some of the fixtures need updating. Dishwasher was very noisy
and the oven is too small. -

We had a wonderful time staynig at StoneRidge. Coming from Maui, it was sure nice to see snow everywhere. It was the first time we had ever seen real snow flakes. The homes were spacious and clean. The high ceilings were very nice and we loved heated floors, as well as, the toe kick under the kitchen sink. What will they think of next. We were close enough to walk to the shopping center to go ice skating and shop for food.
My only criticisim is that pets aren't allowed, we had some family visit us and were not allowed to take their dogs out of their van. If we made the trip back to Bend again for the winter we may look for a more pet friendly place, but chances are we would stay here. A hui hou -

We loved our stay at StoneRidge Townhomes. Check-in was a breeze and our condo was spacious, clean and loved the a/C on a hot week. The pool was quiet but a fun place for my teens to play after a crazy day at the Sharq. We loved the location. We walked/rode the available bikes to the village and beyond. Even though we were near the main Sunriver road, the back patio was quiet and opened up to a waterfall (which we laughed about being turned off at night) and a large greenbelt area. Service was great, beds comfy, excellent wi-fi connection. Thanks Guy for making this a great vacation.

We have rented different houses over the past 8 summers and this was the best for location. It was nice having a pool also. I was satisfied until the last day when we were checking out. The lady in charge was very defensive about my thoughts on the home needing more Tupperware and this left a bad taste in my mouth. We will probably not rent here next summer.

From check-in to check-out our stay was first rate. Our home was fully equipped and very comfortable. Our 7 year old Grandson had a blast swimming, riding bikes, riding a Horse, visiting the nature center, and even met a number of kids his age to play with in the StoneRidge complex. We were very close to the stores for necessities-just a short walk or bike ride yet no noise or congestion was heard in our unit. We were able to borrow from the complex 4 bikes for the adults to ride which was very nice. The pool area is beautiful and when we were there at the end of July, it was not at all crowded.

The Stoneridge condos are perfectly located in Sunriver to easily take advantage of all the resort has to offer. They also have their own pool, which is key since the new Sharc pool is really crowded. We have stayed at the condos over the past 16 years and they are always in great shape and the staff is always there to make sure you have a stress free vacation. My 14 year old son would rather go to Sunriver and stay at the Stoneridge condos than go to Hawaii or Europe!

Our family rented a 2 bedroom townhome in July. We are a family of 4 with 2 children ages 11 and 17. It was a wonderful stay. We have never been to the Sunriver Oregon area and it was breathtakingly beautiful. The accommodations were superb! The townhome was absolutely spotless, and my husband, who is very particular and was pleased. The furnishings throughout our townhome were under a year old, just as the person on the phone described when I called prior to making the reservation. The kitchen was well equipped for making and serving meals. The grill and outdoor table were in great condition. The bicycles that come with the rental were also of good quality and you have your pick of a whole shed full of bikes. We were thoroughly impressed. If you are the type of person, where the quality of accommodation can make or break your holiday, I would highly recommend the Stoneridge Townhomes.

Left on 06/25/2012 for a stay in June 2012
This was a beautiful, roomy townhome that was very well set up. The unit was sparkling clean and had all the necessities (kleenex, toilet paper, soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, coffee filters, etc.) that you don't always find in a rental. The home is located within easy walking distance to Sunriver Village and was very nicely decorated.
The only complaint was that on the 2 warm days, it was difficult to cool the master bedroom (loft) without freezing out the people on the bottom floor. Fortunately, there is also a ceiling fan.
Thank you for including the free bicyles and passes to the Sharc (very fun). -

Left on 06/25/2012 for a stay in June 2012
We spent 5 days in Unit # 28. I loved the town home. We were so relaxed and comfortable in this home. The photos are good but the actual space is even better in person. The great room is spacious with a great gas fireplace that was good on the chilly nights. The master suite is so quiet and peaceful, we slept beautifully. The gigantic soaking tub was perfect for two people and was the best place to end the day. I loved the kitchen, we ate most meals in after shopping at the Village. It is a very short walk from the condo and had everything we needed for a great dinner cooked on the grill. The kitchen has all the necessary cooking implements and dinnerware. Small suggestion might be to upgrade the knives in the knife block, but I am a bit picky about good sharp knives. The patio was a great place to relax for reading with the splashing fountain off the deck. It even runs on a timer to the nights are really quiet. We really enjoyed our time here.

Stoneridge is a great place to stay in Sunriver. We have been coming to Sunriver for years and never stumbled onto Stoneridge, until a friend told us of it. Their homes were much nicer than previous rental homes. Its obvious they are taken care of. The amenities and facilities are excellent. All the kitchen utensils/accessories are there. Rates are very reasonable and they are centrally located, close to the village shop and the lodge.

Beautiful decor, spacious, comfortable, clean. It is a good value for some small groups if the sleeping arrangements work out (1 king w/ big Jacuzzi bath, 1 queen w/ regular tub, and 2 twins w/ small Jacuzzi bath). We would have preferred that the queen bed was in the bedroom with the small Jacuzzi bath. Nice front-load washer/dryer. Plenty of extra towels. 20 minutes drive to the ski slope. Not many restaurants in Sunriver but Bend is not too far. We didn't use the community sauna, steamroom, or big hot tub ... maybe next time. =)

Great vacation rental place for families and their friends. Large bedrooms and open floor area. Fully equipped kitchen with gadgets you can't find in an ordinary rental place like blender, mixer, wine glasses, wet bar & bbq grill. Utensills are good for at least 8 people.
Large family rooms and bathrooms have jet spas and 1 has a sauna. Walking distance to the grocery store and around 15-20 minutes to Mt. Bachelor ski resort. The property is very well-kept and maintained. Coming from Portland, it was a 4 1/2 drive so I would suggest to stay there for at least 5 days to enjoy your stay! -

There is no traffic noise. Easy access alll round on bikes or on foot. We didn't try the pool or gym area but they seemed well-used and popular. Would definintely recommomend Stoneridge. We have tried other properties in Sunriver and been disappointed. You know what you are getting at Stoneridge. If anything goes wrong in the house, there is someone there immediately to sort it out. Our family loves staying at Stoneridge. We have stayed at Stoneridge before and rented two houses this year. We especially enjoy the access to pool, bikes, tennis courts and the closeness to the Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We needed someone to repair the barbeque and he was there to fix it within the hour. We have noticed that the units are starting to show some "wear", but find the furnishings and decor are lovely. Gorgeously kept Townhouse. Clean and inviting. Great layout. Clubhouse was great with swimming pool, tennis courts, small fitness center and playground. The thing we loved the most was having everything at our fingertips - we didn't need to be involved in the bigger community of SunRiver if we chose not to, but it was right there if we needed a change of scenery. The staff of StoneRidge were extremely helpful and friendly and that always makes a stay more enjoyable. Can't wait to come back.

Stoneridge breakaway units are ideal for stay with extended family. The pool on the property, close proximity to bike paths and mall are an added bonus. We've stayed at Sunriver most years since 1982 and have found many of the properties are in need of upgrades. Stoneridge is better than most in this regard. The oven in our unit could be updated and the tile countertops are dated. However, the overall appearance of the property makes a 'temporary' resident want to make sure the unit is well cared for.

We came to stay at StoneRidge each summer for about 10 years in a row when my parents were owners, it was a family tradition and we all loved it! We had not been back for about 7 years and our return this summer was wonderful! Our children are all adults now but were very excited to join us, and we all had a great time swimming, biking, playing tennis and just relaxing. The townhomes have been kept up beautifully and everything was a special as we had remembered.
It was a little disappointing to see how much of the village has shut down, but it looks like they are making plans for some new stores and restaurants so hopefully things will improve.
We are looking forward to coming back to Stoneridge many times is the future!

We truly appreciate the private pool so that we don't have to join the throngs at the main Sunriver pools. The units are clean and back up to a large grassy area that the kids can play in. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook with but you need to remember to bring sugar and spices (they have salt and pepper only). We will be back.

My family and I love this place! We absolutely had the best family vacation ever! I love Stoneridge because it its truly "your home away from home." It has a nice kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses...they even have a waffle maker! The Country Store is only a bike ride away and you can stock the frig with all of your favorite foods. Stoneridge has a nice pool with a steamy hot spa. One night, we reserved the Great Room in the main building. They set up a projector with a huge screen. We had a group of about 15 watching a movie. It was fantastic! Stoneridge also has a bike barn where you can pick out a bike and use it during your stay - for free! Most places you have to rent a bike. I can't say enough great things about this place.

We stayed at StoneRidge Townhomes four years ago and had such a wonderful time that we decided to come again. The main family/dining/kitchen area is my favorite part, very spacious and open, nicely furnished with a lot of natural light. Having the bikes included with the rental was very convenient. The pool and jacuzzi, as well as the exercise room were a short walk from our unit and the free coffee in the morning at the reception area was a nice feature. We would definitely stay here again.

Sacramento, CAA Perfect Celebration Location
Left on 07/11/2010 for a stay in July 2010
Our 50th wedding anniversary was celebrated at StoneRidge with our 3 children and spouses and 9 grandchildren. There could not have been a better facility or location. The beautifully appointed homes all opened into the lovely common area and provided a great space for the children to have fun while the adults relaxed on the lovely patios. Having bikes, tennis courts and a swimming pool right at the location made it perfect. Stoneridge has the best location at Sunriver with just a short walk to Sunriver Village or the Lodge. All 17 of us feel in love with Stoneridge!

The StoneRidge "homes" are the best vacational rentals in Sunriver Resort. They are beautifully decorated and fully equipped. Each unit has a patio and a gas grill. (In winter the staff even shovel out a space around the grill!) The staff is friendly and helpful. StoneRidge has its own clubhouse, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, exercise room, steam room, and sauna. Free movies, books and games are available in the clubhouse, as well as free bikes to use on the extensive Sunriver bike paths. Sunriver also offers golf courses, horseback riding, canoe rental, several restaurants (our favorites are the Owl's Nest and the Village Grill), grocery store and small mall. We love staying here!

StoneRidge Townhomes have large 2 or 3 bedroom homes. They were beautifully decorated with a private bath for each bedroom. A little too cold to enjoy the outdoor pool, but loved the exercise room and tennis courts. Friendly staff...we wil definately return for another stay.

Left on 05/16/2010 for a stay in May 2010
In the 15 years we have been members of RCI we have never had a better or more relaxing stay than we did at Stoneridge Townhomes Resort at Sunriver!
When I first opened the door to our townhouse, my jaw dropped open. In fact, we stayed "at home" and enjoyed the house as much as we did the area. The house became a destination unto itself.
Now we are just waiting to come back again and bring our whole family for a week they'll never forget.
There is so much to do in the area that there is something for everyone to enjoy, no matter what season you are there.
I can't wait to see you again.

San DiegoStoneRidge SunRiver- Our Favorite Rental Location
Left on 05/05/2010 for a stay in February 2010
We have stayed in SunRiver 2-3 times/ year for the last 15 years, generally renting either homes or condos for the stay. Since finding StoneRidge about 4 years ago, we have stayed exclusively there.
We find the location (near the mall) is great, and the predictable amenities in the rental units are first class. The fixtures, appliances, construction quality and general upkeep is superior to the majority of the rental options in SunRiver.
We like the 3 bedroom units for our family. Our only complaints are related to the single beds in the 3rd bedroom-- they could be more comfortable.
Here 3 more rentals located nearby.
