Guest Review: "We took our grand children to Sunriver for some fun family time and our stay at Rogue 24 was perfect for us! There was everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient... We will definitely be back and would not hesitate to rent Rogue 24 again!" - Nanaandgramps
"We had a family gathering and the place was perfect, the large open living / dining area with a large dining table made it great for gathering. The hot tub was very nice due to the amount of privacy it had. We plan on renting again in the future and would recommend it highly." - Mike O.

The staff at mtn resorts were very nice and helpful!! We love this house and have rented it about four times but noticed it does need a little tlc. The layout is great, love the big kitchen table across from the cozy fireplace, etc., but the mattress in the upstairs bedroom is a torture chamber! Also, the oven door doesn't stay closed and the handle to the upstairs toilet fell off. Address these issues and it is a wonderful home, very warm and inviting. We would definitely rent it a fifth time! :).
P.S. wish it allowed pets and had spare bicycles.
Had a great time!

We stayed in Rogue 24 with 2 adults and 6 kids, and it fit everyone perfectly. The loft area added basically another bedroom, and with a TV the kids could watch movies up there. The kitchen was large and open, which was great because the kids wanted to help cook and it also made you feel like you were not "stuck in the kitchen." Great location and easy to get around to all the activities we enjoyed (Sharc, Maverick, etc). Would recommend this house to a large group!!
Perfect get away for family!

We took our grand children to Sunriver for some fun family time and our stay at Rogue 24 was perfect for us! There was everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient. I am not sure why anyone would give this home a poor review, yes there is no big screen TV but we didn't come here to watch TV we came to enjoy all Sunriver has to offer! Mountain Resort was very helpful and having the stay 2 get two was what made us decide to give renting a home a try. We will definitely be back and would not hesitate to rent Rogue 24 again!

Couple issues: Did not know where garbage was until garbage company picked up. Could not figure out how to raise temp on hottub, so did not use. Needs a couple minor repairs, ie gate to garbage and upstairs storage area door kept falling down. Should have DVD player upstairs instead of VHS. Vaccuum cleaner does not work. Despite that, we had a great time. Read more

Spas are kept between 102 & 104. We do have a managing spa company that will be happy to turn the spa up if not at the correct tempurature upon your arrival. You can contact them directly (info provided at spa) or we can contact them for you, which ever is easier. All repairs noted in review have been addressed and fixed.

We had a nice stay, overall a good value because rent was not high. Hot tub had a hard time keeping constant temperature, and the cover lifter did not work. Called service man out and he reluctantly removed part of arm. One of bedrooms a little quirky with electric wall heat (chilly first couple days). Seemed to be a converted one car garage? Great table in kitchen-nice and big. Overall comfortable.
We'll try another house next time

We've rented from Mt Resort Properties before and this was the home we liked the least. Every other property was in good shape and comfortable. This one had no garage to store our bikes and boats. It had no brush to clean off the BBQ which really needed it. There were old cobwebs in the corners and when we moved furniture to look for lost toys, we were disgusted by the dirt and debris under things. All of the furniture needed a good cleaning. The driveway was gravel and that meant more dirt coming in all the time. Too bad. The location was perfect. Read more

Thank you for the heads up on this one. If ever a guest is in house and find things not to be quite right, please don't hesitate to contact our office. We will work to the best of our ability to rectify any issues. Had this guest notified us of these issues we could have brought out a BBQ brush and would have sent back cleaners to address that problem as well.
Very Nice with a couple suggestions

We really liked this house for it's abundant light and quiet location. My two suggestions for improvement would be this. Get a few bikes on premise. Other houses we've stayed at always had them to use. The hassle of having to go rent and return them ourselves (walking 45min to the mall and back)was frustrating. Secondly- there wasn't any coffee filters, nor even a packet of sugar, barely even salt and pepper in the shakers. That felt cheap to us. Other houses we've stayed in had plenty of these basics as well as many other spices and drygoods left by other renters.
Great Family Weekend
