Charismatic two story 4000 sq.ft. home. Located on the 6th fairway of the Meadows Golf Course. A short distance to the Sunriver lodge, Village Mall and SHARC. Featuring a rock surround fireplace in the living room, brick surround fireplace in the dining room, wonderful hot tub area, vaulted great room, formal dining, pool table and separate living and family rooms.
You will enjoy the large family room with a view of the golf course, bar, flat screen TV, and pool table.

Our family had the wonderful opportunity of being placed in this home after another vacation home fell through. This home was more than we could ever ask for with its spacious interiors, well stocked kitchen, and its beautiful deck right off of the Meadows golf course, location says it all.
The pool table received alot of attention from the young adults and teenagers in the family, and the hot tub was a plus. We were all very happy campers.
In addition, the staff at Mountain Resort Properties were very friendly and accomodating, I wouldn't rent from anyone else. -

It was a 4 day family reunion planned for 10 but only 8 were able to attend. This was a first time experience like this for our family and the services provided were excellent from my first inquiry and throughout our stay. A couple of minor issues were immediately taken care of. The home was spacious and met all our needs well. We made good use of the hot tube, pool room and the formal dining room. The house has space for people to spread out and do their own thing or gather as a large group. Very nice. We also enjoyed the beauty of Sunriver onverall. The weather was beautiful and we appreciated the passes to Mavericks and Sharcs. There was quite a bit of remodeling and construction going on in The Village so shopping was limited. A little disappointing. Overall out experience was very good and I must say, the experience in the Flowrider at Mavericks was probably the highlight of our stay. Thanks for a great weekend.

The indoors hot tub was a real plus, along with the pool table. Plenty of space
in all bedrooms and kitchen area. The separate living, dining and activities
rooms made for a very relaxing stay.
The electrical needs to be checked out. Several circuits not working or the
bulbs are burned out. Suggestion: the refrigerator door should be hinged on
the left side for better access. -

Good place for 10 visitors. Spacious. Close to golf course. Had most everything we needed. Just a few cautions: Watch out for the hot water -- it's VERY hot. The bikes were not in good repair so you will want to bring or rent bikes. We got charged for broken pool cues that were already broken when we arrived. So, be sure to check things when you arrive and promptly report to management if anything is broken. This left a bad taste in our mouths.

Pool cues definately were not broken prior to guest arrival. This was documented and sticks were broken by guest misuse. All sticks are checked prior to guest arrival to ensure sticks are in good working order.

Just what the title says "WOW" nice place. We had 9 people in the place and still had a spare room. They had just put in a new deck in the front and back that we used every morning, noon and night. We also had 6 other family members that rented another house and we would swap dinner sites every other night with them. The pool table was the used every day but why blue chalk an yellow table? Great location down from all of the traffic but close enough to ride your bike to the store in less than ten minutes. The only things things that were a little strange was trying to figure out the light switches and the not very deep hot tub(16"). Would stay there again.
